I was running on a tight schedule as We live on a small island in the Pacific Northwest. We had a reservation for the last ferry of the day and it was going to be really close because I still had an hour to drive to the ferry. I stopped in to Best Buy for a Sony a 75 inch TV. This particular model was pretty hard to find and luckily this Best Buy was on my route to the ferry.
I was immediately greeted by Best, Buy staff and I told them, I know what I want It's a Sony TV, I checked your website. I know you have the particular Sony TV I want in stock.

And I only had 10 minutes to complete the transaction and get the TV loaded in my van. Store employees jumped on it and soon enough the TV was rolling out of the back stock room. I asked about a mount for the TV and they grabbed one of those that would work perfect on my wall because I wanted a flat mount.
Before you know it, I was checking out and helpful staff or rolling the TV out on a cart to my van. It was super heavy TV but we are able to slide it in gently and get it secured. Believe it or not, we were in and out of the store parking lot in 8 minutes!!! Thanks for the greatest service Best, buy.

Went to purchase an Ooni Pizza Oven. The website indicated this location had them in stock, and they did. Staff was helpful and located one for us right away.

My wife and I were pleasantly greeted by Donte as soon as we walked in. We let him know that we were shopping for a 2nd TV and wasn't sure what we needed. Donte was very patient and knowledgeable about all his inventory, and showed us all our options. He help us pick out the perfect TV for us. I would highly recommend Donte.

Very helpful, knowledgeable sales. A bit more $ yes, but so fun! Security is a plus + too. I bought my TV here and they do have some sales / discounts and also deliver. Love Best Buy!

I came in looking for a usb to 3DS charger to charge on the go in my car. The salesman helped me find it after I blindly passed it by a few times. They are really helpful and showed me a few different options! I went with a basic one because I'm poor and just need a little charge while I drive around for work. 5 stars for good sales person and quick help.

I have always liked best buy for my electronic needs. Now that they have closed so many stores, it's nice to know there's still one poor reasonably close. Employee's have always been respectful and helpful.

Was greeted going in and out,and when an employee saw me they were very quick to help and if they did not have the answer they found out for me. I like best buy , I do have the membership for a year and it does give you an advantage, they have the Geek squad! unlimited access for repair help for what you buy and already own,, it also gives you an advantage to use your membership for other services live at a friend's or family, I've not tested this advantage yet but have been told it's part of the membership. If you have alot of need for electronic devices check it out

Came in with a question and left fully armed with all I needed to know and more.

Had an excellent experience while doing an iPhone trade in and upgrade here. The store manager Virginia was super helpful, personally clarified all questions and even suggested better offers. The transition was super smooth with associates helping out at every step even in transferring data. They all patiently waited and monitored the transitions and activations. Overall an excellent experience.

I have nothing but praise for the local customer service and the Geek Squad--have used them regularly for a number of years. They are professional, always solve my problems, including data transfer from one computer to the other. I would not go anywhere else. BUT the national service is AWFUL. With Best Buy being a tech related company, their national customer and tech service is the worst I have ever encountered. First of all, you cannot call the local store and trying to go through the maze nationally is just plain frustrating. I usually give up and drive to the store if I need help. The tech support at the national level frequently seems to be answered by someone whose first language is other than English, so right away they are trying to understand me and I am trying to understand them. For example, my new desktop was referred to as a "dower."--translation "tower." When you have a tech problem it is hard enough to explain and discuss. I have been disconnected several times--no call back, even though they have my number and even though I often request a call back if disconnected. I often just give up and go to the actual store. If it were not for our local experts, I would not darken the doors of Best Buy. Their national system is a downright insult to their customers. P.S. I am reviewing here because their system for review is cumbersome and designed to discourage people from reviewing them!!

My email wasn’t my current one so I couldn’t give a direct review so I figured I’d come here.

My phone desperately needed a new battery and Apple recommended I come here to get it fixed. (forgive me if I’m misspelling these names)

Jack helped me initially and was extremely helpful with all things tech and made it a breeze. While there was a mishap with my phone after it passed diagnostics and I left, (NOT their fault), Jack and Cassie did absolutely everything they could do to fix it and did. I didn’t get the last guys name so if you see this and are brunette, have curly hair and was working in customer service - I appreciate you too!!

They all were extremely courteous, helpful and took so much time to make sure I was comfortable while waiting and wouldn’t have any issues forward.

I genuinely am so appreciative of everything they did today and they truly deserve some recognition and appreciation :)

Best Buy is actually pretty tight. I haven’t been in one in a decade so maybe this is nostalgia talking but I enjoyed it! Needed an adapter for my Mac and it was nice walking around a real life store rather than browsing online. Made me miss playing video games and caring about the newest fastest computer or whatever
