This post office has had an incredible staff change. The New Postmaster Lady is so knowledgeable, and has truly helped me with my small business needs. The gentleman there who has been there for a couple of years is so fast and smart that he gets all of my packages done in a record short amount of time.
I used to literally take my packages with me to ship at other locations to avoid this post office. I am so glad that now my local Postal office meets all of my needs.

I went to drop off a letter inside the building and forgot to stamp it. The employee was so nice! He came out the back door as I was walking out the front to let me know there was no stamp. I was able to give him the 55 cents. That was such a kind act and is greatly appreciated!

Location is convenient for me, as I live in Albertville. I have ran into some issues with the staff being rude and snappy- doesn't happen every time though. The hours are horrible for me as I work and go to school full time. Trying to mail packages is almost impossible from this location; to say the least I go to other locations when I can.

Currently Google Maps drops a pin on the corner of Main and 57th... this is incorrect. The Post Office is actually on the corner of Main and 59th, across from Albertville City Hall

Probably the worst hours any type of establishment could have. All I want to do is drop off a package that I already have a shipping label attached to. There isn't even an after hours package drop, at least not one I could find. I haven't had great experiences with the employees here either. The woman who delivers our mail is great, however, which is why I gave the extra star...

The woman who works here has a terrible attitude. I show up at 10:29 on Saturday. The window opens at 10:30. I knock lightly and she says in an annoyed voice "we don't open for a few more minutes". Unbelievable. She can't be bothered to just be nice and assist a customer. Typical government employee.

Google had the location wrong. Clerk was short and snappy with me, won't return here.

I'm always disgusted with the lady that is working there. Her attitude and appearance is only that of a horribly miserable person. In addition, I've called the #7691 number over a dozen times, with NO answer, and only a busy tone after 2 minutes of waiting. This is just unacceptable. Also, not only are we not getting mail daily, but NOBODY can tell us when they will and will not be delivering. Absolutely despicable.
