I purchased a recliner couple of years ago and have been very pleased with it. I decided to add a power recliner to the living room and didn't hesitate to go back to the Albertville location. Assistance Store Manager Spencer Lee is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was happy to have his help again with another furniture purchase.

Donna was very helpful and friendly. Not pushy, just calm and relaxed - and very patient with us while we hummed-and-hawwed over our decision on a mattress. She was also very friendly with our 8 year old daughter, who was super bored while mom and dad were making a decision. We would shop here again in the future without hesitation. This location is tucked behind the Albertville Outlets, and seems like it could easily be overlooked by those visiting the area - so if you want a personal experience without the crowds, definitely think about stopping in here to shop.

We were shopping for a recliner. We were heading to Albertville Ashley. While we were in line behind a bunch of cars we spotted a slumberland ahead with normal traffic. We went in and a salesman didn't make us wait he guided us to a line of recliners. He then let us decide what we wanted and came back shortly. We did purchase a lazyboy at a good price , it took less than 40 minutes and we are very happy

Courteous, professional and non pressure environment. They price matched (actually beat) the competitors price. Process of purchasing/financing was fast and simple.

I would like to thank Donna, the Store Manager for helping me with my warranty issues with my recliner chairs. New chairs are on order and we are very pleased. The warranty department was no help whatsoever and we were pretty upset as our chairs are falling apart after only a few months. Thank you!

Spencer is great sales person and he knows what he is talking about but he is not pushy , Iam glad he helped us out

The only issue was that the leather I had chosen had been discontinued by the factory without notifying the store when I made my order. The store called me as soon as they were informed by the factory so I could choose another leather.
