The staff are friendly knowledgeable, and so helpful and they have amazing follow up to check in and make sure things are going good with me and the baby! I give them a five star rating they made it easy for me to get on top of the line breast pump for only $50 out of pocket!! And send milk storage bags too! Thank you!

Milk moms did a great job getting back to me within 24 hours after I submitted a request for a breast pump. They also accept most insurances which is so nice. Shipping only took a few days too which was great! I got the Spectra breast pump and it works perfectly. Thanks so much Milk Moms!

This company is the easiest to work with. I could not believe how quickly they contacted me once my OB put in the order; it was honesty within 2 hours I got a phone call. The person I talked to was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and able to answer any and all questions I had about pumps. She was able to give me recommendations based on what I was looking for. I have used Milk Moms twice now and have nothing but good things to say about their service to moms! The consultants clearly present your options and cost based on insurance. I was able to get a wearable pump through them and then a basic Spectra the following year. I live in a suburb outside of St Paula and both pumps were at my door in 1-2 business days. Definitely recommend Milk Moms to all moms who want to breastfeed/pump!

The staff at Milk Moms were so wonderful in helping me get my breast pumps. They were very knowledgeable in different pumps that would be covered by my insurance and helped me make a decision. They were also great with sending reminders to make sure I got forms completed. Once everything was sent in, I got my pumps within a day or two! I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Milk Moms at my work. I experienced the same, great communication and patients received their breast pumps within a day or two. Highly recommend!

They make life easy! I received my pump within days and the pump itself is amazing! Easy to use and portable! The staff walked me through the pumps available to me and then helped me find the right fit! They're also sending me storage bags! Just wonderful overall.

After getting told by another company that the particular best pump I wanted isn’t covered and I would have to pay cash for it, I was pretty bummed out. My options that were “covered” would have cost me around $250 for a pump I didn’t even want! I was about to buy my Zomee fit for cash without insurance ($250 for a product that I DID want) when a friend told me about milk moms! I reached out and had such a fast turn around time for their communication! Same day! They looked into it and got me the breast pump I wanted to go through insurance and just had a small copayment which I could put on my HSA card. In total from start to finish it took 3 days to iron out the communication from me to milk moms, milk moms to my doctor (for the prescription) and back, and then milk moms back to me with info. And then only 1 week for processing, shipment, and finally receiving my pump! All to the low amount of $99(and that was including mailing insurance for my package)! Will definitely recommend milk moms to ANY expectant mom (already have shared my story with 3 of my best friends). They rock!!
