I came here about a week ago and wow I was extremely satisfied with not only the customer service but also the food. A great experience that made me want to come back more frequently! I was so satisfied that I asked the guys name that took my order because I knew I wanted to write a review and send some kudos his way. His name was Alex, so thank you Alex for being excellent and thank you Carl’s Jr for hiring Alex.

Took advantage of a special on the app for a take out order. As soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted by Alex, the Manager. He saw me step towards the bathroom and offered me a key before I could even ask. When I told him I’d hit him up later because I placed a mobile order he used my name to ask if I wanted it to go. By the time I made it back, he was handing me my order. Best service ever!!!

Service was GREAT. Food was FANTASTIC. Dining room was clean and virtually empty during our visit.

My cashier was Alejandro, and he was very friendly and very fast. I have not gotten this kind of service at a Carl’s juniors in a very long time he was great, and my food was hot and fresh. This man deserves a raise.

I take my son on lunch dates after school. We are always greeted with a smile from manager Alex and served promptly. The lobby is immaculate and atmosphere is very comfortable. This is our favorite location.

The beyond burgers are so legit! It’s such a flavorful experience yet doesn’t leave you feeling heavy like beef.

Of note, the manager did not shoo away a homeless gentleman who exposed his genitals cleaning himself using the water source outside the drive through. He instead told the gentleman to use better discretion with customers around. Honestly, that’s honorable and shows care and kindness. It was still pretty off putting to see a soiled homeless person by the drive through window exposing himself though, but I appreciate the manager’s angle.

Great clean restaurant and really friendly people, They get my order right everytime and even go above and beyond for me, it's rare ro find places like this these days can't wait to come again

Went there on a Saturday afternoon. I was very satisfied with the food and customer service was excellent.

The duration for the preparation was short but the food came out fresh. I really like the cook, Maria, who knows I’m a regular and always makes sure I have a nice experience.

I had a lovely experience at this Carl's Jr this Wednesday the staff were friendly and professional, the service was quick and accurate and the food was absolutely delectable, would recommend.

I was there for 3 western burgers and it was to expensive, I want to cancel my order because of the high price, but then the DT attendant suggested me a special because I told him I only have $20 dollars for 3 western. 3 western was over $20 so he sold me 4 western for $19.40 for 4 wow that was e better deal. He said if I ever want this deal again to ask for the 2 for $9 western bacon chez burgers. In this place.

Overall this was an excellent place to get a quick bite, I took my girl there earlier. Great food and excellent costumer service

Very kind, patient, and helpful. I walked into the restaurant. I was waited on immediately. I Love that! The Girls/ Employees were so kind, I had a large order,(9 large drinks and 2 small drinks) and she helped me fill my drinks, and then helped me to my car to put the drinks. Got back inside and before I knew it my order was ready. $100.00 more or less poorer but the Order was correct. Great Job Girls and Thank you.

The gentleman with the glasses at the counter working during my visit this evening was incredibly polite and helpful. He took pride not only in his job, but in the way he presented himself to others.
