Francisco at the Antelope Verizon retail store is the best. The whole team is great. Francisco is super knowledgeable and very user friendly. They treat customers with care & take time helping us choose a phone or equipment and serving us a pleasant experience. Erica, the manager and her team make coming here fun.

Francisco was the best representative that I have ever talked too.. he helped me with everything… he was so patient and kind I was scared about the process switching from metro but he made it so easy.. thanks for my perfect amazing phone!!! You Rock!!

Verizon store was actually more helpful and knowledgeable about their products and plans vs. Over the phone. Leo helped us alot with setting up our phones and tablets.

Just finished up with Francisco porting my AT&T work phone to Verizon. I was dreading this - my past Verizon store experiences were pretty bad.
Francisco made it quick and painless. That boy needs a raise!
I am disappointed that Verizon actually charges $25 for a store visit. That’s pretty greedy Verizon. Shame on you

Ordered the new iPhone 15 online through Verizon and received it today. I was switching from Xfinity Mobile (horrible) and knew I had to call to give my transfer PIN so that my number could be switched over to my new iPhone.

I call around 4PM, a gentleman tries to help me and after about 4 minutes I get disconnected. 20 minutes goes by no call back nothing. I call again, this time a lady named Melissa helps me and takes me all the way to where she hits the "magic" button that is going to port my number over from Xfinity and to verizon, she lets me know that it will disconnect our phone call as my old device won't work any longer and I will be able to turn on my iPhone. Line disconnects, turn on iPhone, nothing. Now I have no service on either phone. I Download the textfree app, call Verizon back, now its after 7PM so I get helpers not located in the united states (never fun) that just waste my time, culminating in "oops looks like you're going to have to go in.

I lookup my local Verizon store, head straight down, walk in and Jack helps me. Very informed on the process, well spoken, and straight to the point. I think I was there for maybe 10 minutes? And Jack had my phone working, ready to go. Give this man a raise and the pre-fix "wizard" on his name tag, he deserves it, trust me.

we went to Verizon thinking it was going to be more $ than my current plan based on the website but the agent had a lot of discounts I had no idea about by looking at the website and she made it super easy for us to switch carriers.

Benjamin was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. Didn’t come in for a phone but happily left with one due to him. Great asset to your business!

We came in to transfer from a different provider and we’re impressed with the service Phillip provided us. He went above and beyond, he is very knowledgeable and was able to get us some great deals offered at the time.

My visit to this location was incredibly positive. My situation was complex and they handled it with extreme, open-minded compassion and efficiency. I had a time-sensitive need for a device they didn’t have on site and yet they acquired it swiftly and without any resistance. There wasn’t a moment they (Francisco, Erica, and an additional bilingual employee - shout out to bilingual workers who provide companies and their consumers with a huge benefit) weren’t smiling and appearing happy to provide information, service, and answers to my plethora of questions. Huge shout out to Francisco who handled my situation and to Erica who was on-site to help with any extra managerial support, not that Francisco needed much/if any support outside of manager codes to approve my state/government employment discount (which he was fully aware of, it’s just standard that a manager sign off/approve of discount application). Francisco picked up my item from a near-by location and brought it back to me within all my time constraints !

Note: the location appeared to have a good inventory, I was just requesting something less commonly desired/older model - I think

Anyway, long story short - Francisco , you rock! I’m so happy to have stumbled upon your location. I will absolutely return in the future for my Verizon needs. And to the future consumers, do not hesitate to be honest about your situation and trust they can handle your personal situation with care and respect.

Alonso helped us a lot today! Excellent customer service and he’s very professional. He’s been with us for 2 hours today trying to help transfer carriers. He did a great job and answered all of our questions. He truly cares about his customers and does his BEST to help. Thank you so so much!

Antonie was the best he walked two senior citizens myself and my husband through all aspects of set up our service agreement. He kept a smile on his face saved us money where he could and even helped me upload my medical license to ensure I received my discount! We arrived around 1015 and Were not done until around 1245. This had nothing to do with his expertise and everything to do with going the extra mile to help us get our phones up and running. I cannot say enough about this young man as well as the whole crew who all worked together as a team! Alonso helped me today. He was the only person on staff and he efficiently and thouroughly helped a lot of people. I had to wait a while because my old phone was transfering to my new s22. So I got to watch him handle multiple customers. He made sure all his customers were happy and found a solution for all of them. He was patient and was constantly smiling. 10/10 customer service.

I went in, told the two gentlemen who were working what I wanted and they were nothing but helpful! They had none in stock, but they went out of their way to find me one and they even drove all the way to fair oaks to get me my new phone!! They were quick and got me all set up!!! The staff there was very welcoming! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend this location!!

Caleb was very professional. Helped us out tremendously. We had major problems with our old phones. I was just going to replace the one phone help us out on pricing and availability so I end up buying two phones again, I would come back here anytime to get another phone and then recommend them to anybody else

Caleb & Tina were great! I enjoyed my visit at Verizon. I came in to remove a virus on my phone. I am5/5 stars satisfied with how they treated me today! I I definitely coming back to see them!!!

Was an amazing experience, was in a out quickly, with a new phone! The young man who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, had a great personality! I was shocked, I did not expect it to go so well!! I think his name was Kyle? He deserves KUDOS!!
