GROOMING SERVICE - Ash took care of my special needs dog with grooming and she loved it. She was very afraid just coming from a shelter and she did so great with Ash. We have moved out of town and are unable to continue service. Ash did a great job and communicates very clearly and seems to have a great repour with animal friends. The entire grooming staff was great and made a very calm and inviting atmosphere.

STORE - I lived very close to this store and bought many things, they even took some things back without any issues. Everyone was really nice and courteous. There were crates in the isle sometimes but I believe the store does a lot of business and restocks often. 5 stars for everyone!

Great customer service. Friendly and knowledable personnel. Found what we were looking for and scheduled an appointment at our convenience.

I love coming here and bringing my dog and my family’s dogs for grooming all the staff are super nice and always with a smile every time I bring my dog Sarah is the one to take care of her and she does amazing job always happy with her service :)

I love the Antelope, CA Petco and their personnel. I didn't get the lady who checked me out's name, but she asked first if she could offer a treat to my pet. AND she helped my old gal get up off the slick (polished cement) floor, when she was finished with the treat. She then called another person over to help me out with the bag of dog food, since I had my hands full with my purse and my leashed dog.

Bought a cone for my injured dog. The manager was super attentive and helpful. (Skinny shorter gal forget her name unfortunately).

Pretty nice store, friendly staff. Store has animals wash and grooming. It’s not cheap, I believe they charge $55 for everything, wash, fur trim etc. but there are cheaper options available.

Clean store just 1 mile from our house. They have everything we need for our dog, cat, and guinea pigs. Staff is very helpful and friendly. This store better stay and not go away like the OSH hardware store. Still missing that so much!

Katrina is excellent with Buster. He leaves your place strutting, thinking he is pretty special.
This last time I had a commitment that required more from Katrina and she came through like a trooper.

Buster has had no complaints with any of his stylist and neither do I. Petco has taken special care of us for quite some time now.

One employee helped me find a cart and helped me find the items that I needed as I was not familiar with the store. She also looked for more of a cat litter brand as I wanted to buy 2 bags and there was only one. I was also asked if I needed help bringing the heavy items to my car. I said I could handle it with the cart and I would bring the cart back to the store.

Came in looking for a new friend to add to our family and ended up finding us a turtle, aka Mr. T. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with great advice. Over all great experience and family is very happy with our new friend. Thanks guys.

Our Buko loves coming back here. Look for Jasmine she’s one of the best groomer in this location and she’s always booked! :)

Our pup is groomed by Ash and he is the BEST! You can always tell when someone is meant to be in the line of work they're in. Ash is a fantastic groomer. Nala our pup loves him and he's so good with her. If joy were a person it would be Ash.

I love Petco! I just moved to Sacramento and just love my local Petco. My dogs very excitable and they made our trip as peaceful as they could. Even offered treats!

They took the BEST care of my fur baby! He's a short haired chi/terrier mix... But I like to get his nails trimmed and teeth brushed and a good bath... They treated him like the lil king he is! Karma will be coming back here for sure!!!

Evening visit; everyone seemed tired and ready to head home. I didn't expect much assistance, but CJ proved to be fantastic! He was not only friendly and kind but also extremely helpful. His knowledge and passion truly made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, CJ!

I love this grooming salon!!! Ann, the owner, runs this place with love and truly cares about all the fur babies that come through her doors. All her employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I will follow Ann anywhere she goes. I use to live right near there and moved to Fair Oaks, but still travel to Ann.

The staff was super helpful helped me set up tue Petco App and schedule a vet visit for my new fur baby.
