Such yummy coffee! Just what Arcadia needed, loved it so much. The iced toasted marshmellow mocha latte was so good and the service was 1000/10!

Amazing coffee, lots of options for every one!! Honestly, it is the best coffee I have had in a cozy setting with the most attentive service. They will treat you as if you have known them for over 20 years!!!

Latte was heavenly, service and atmosphere was perfect, and the pricing is fair. I will be back time and time again! Only things I could think of to make it even better would be croissants/pastries and real dishware for enjoying your beverage in their seating area. Love it!! So glad to have this gem in Arcadia.

Passing through from Iowa (traveling last leg from Orland to Marco Island) and wanted coffee. Googled this shop. It’s in a neat setting in old downtown Arcadia. Shop ambiance was super cute, coffee amazing (I had their special St. Pats latte and my husband had the Cookie Butter Latte—amazing!) and then we tried their cookies and sampled the chocolate chip, lemon, white chocolate cherry and their sugar cookie (don’t recall the name of the sugar cookie but it was a special and hands down amazing; we should have bought them out of them but didn’t snack on it until out of town and down the road. My kids wanted me to turn back for the whole jar. ☺) Met the owner and she was very nice and inviting. If my kiddos were not stir crazy from driving so much, I could have sat and chatted with her longer. If you’re passing by (or live near by) you need to check them out; it’s a must!

We had the BEST experience at the Florida Farmhouse Coffee shop last week! The coffee was perfect and the service was amazing! Even my little boys enjoyed their hot chocolate and asked to come back for more ☺ I am so happy Arcadia has such a cute coffee spot now. We will definitely be back!

Very cute little shop! Today was my first time in and definitely won't be the last! Service was so fast and friendly. And the Iced Caramel(sugar-free) Macchiato was Deelish! We wish them the best and hope they do very well! Who needs Starbucks when you can shop local and have better coffee?

The prettiest coffee shop I’ve ever been to! And the coffee was amazing 💚 the owner went above and beyond when my daughter dropped her hot chocolate! Not only did she have to mop up the mess, she went back and made her another one on the house!

It is ADORABLE!!!! Decorated amazing, the staff is so friendly and great. The coffee was wonderful. I am thrilled that this just opened and can’t wait to go back. My large coffee was actually large & so yummy!
