Kindest lady working at the drive thru window today (11/28) at 3:55 pm. My little guy was asking for a sprite as a treat and she said because we had to wait she wasn’t going to charge us. Just the kindest person I have encountered in a drive thru in a long time and wanted to recognize her!

Food and service was on point tonight! My order was ready as soon as I paid and the staff were excellent!

The service and food has always been good here. Very nice staff and the food is always hot. The last time I went my order had a sweet tea instead of the unsweetened I had ordered, but mistakes happen so no bigs.

My aunt and I stopped by the drove thru recently. You could tell they were short staffed as they have been. We ordered quite a bit as i have three kids we were getting food for also. They were so kind and our food came out rather quick for what we ordered and considering they weren't fully staffed. Our food was hot and delicious and still served with a smile. The employees are doing a fantastic job keeping up.

Service was great even though it was the lunch rush.

Not a busy time that we went so fast service. They were pretty friendly and they got our order right. The main things were covered. We appreciated how they packed the orders in separate bags and put all of it in a larger bag so that all I had to do was hand out bags in the car.

Went in today. They were super busy. Probably 20 guest in front of me in line. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service all the way around! The one taking orders was a Hispanic lady she was so awesome. Really sweet, funny, polite. Then at the pick up counter the lady there was super friendly and nice. They were extremely busy and kept their cool and held it together with class. With such amazing customer service I will be back to this location and I live near Fayetteville but don't mind the drive for such awesome staff!!

I’ve been coming here for about 15 years and they’ve always had great food - I’m writing the review because the past three or four times I’ve been there, they’ve been exceptionally good. The staff is one of the nicest I’ve ever seen, and hands down the best in the fast food industry (at least here in Fuquay). I always leave with a good experience but these last few times it has been above and beyond. Saving me money, making sure I have everything I need, and being very polite throughout the entire process. They’ve done this repeatedly for me, for a long time. So in my book, they deserve this review.

We ordered online to avoid the drive-thru. When I walked into the restaurant there was a young gentleman (I didn’t catch his name tag). He was working really hard to get everyone their orders taken care of. I told him I had a online order and he grabbed it for me right away. I left the restaurant with my bags and before I could reach my car he was running across the lot yelling “sir! sir! You forgot one bag”. I thanked him and went home with my meal. The part that made me write this review is that he was extremely busy but refused to let me leave the lot without my food! I wish I caught his name so the manager could congratulate him on getting the restaurant a five star review. (Manager: Your staff member was a tall, thin, young gentleman with very tall hair. It was Monday 3/15 about 6pm if that helps).

Great service and one of the few places with an open dining room. Took the family for a quick bite and everything was prepared exactly as requested even with a few custom orders. Clean dining room and it's nice having a drink machine we're allowed to use.

One of the best Wendy's I've ever been to! Ms. Tiffany was at the drive-thru and was on top of it! She was professional courteous nice and fast-paced. She knew the menue and was just a delight! Would definitely recommend this Wendy's!

Best Wendy’s I’ve been to!!! Excellent customer service. We got here pretty late right before they closed and they were so friendly. Highly recommend!!

The service here is good even though they are short staff!! Everyone here is so friendly and my food is always fresh here it might take a while but its worth it

For my 3 boys and we that has the best dining room for a fast food place in Fuquay. The fountain drink machine has a million choices from the Coke family. There is so many it can be hard to decide! Also the way they have set up the counter to order is very smart.

Food is always hot, fresh and accurate. Service is great too. Dissapointed in the franchise for getting rid of their side salads as I loved that upgrade option in place of fries.

Update: They've gotten it together and are much faster. Food continues to be good.

Original: The food is usually good, but if there's a line, be prepared to wait forever. Ridiculously slow.

Great salads and chilli. Baked potatoes are good too. Never had to wait long in drive through. You may have to wait if they run out of something and have to cook more but then it's fresh!

It's Wendy's. In many many visits I have rarely had a bad experience. Always friendly. The order is always right.
