I end up here after the Sebring location sold me a bad starter. Red helped sort me out and made the annoyance of getting a defective part not as bad.

I’ll drive the few extra minutes to this location next time from the start.

David and Rebecca are amazing! I applaud their knowledge of vehicles and their friendly, outgoing personalities. Please give them a raise they both deserve it 😊

Had my engine light on so I stopped by to have the car examined briefly. Was a minor thing having to do with the gas cap, but it was nice to have it looked at. Hubby and I have been Auto Zone customers for many years... We automatically just go to one of them. Happy there's one nearby.

Dave and Jason both went above for me last night. I had called about purchasing a radiator for my truck. I decided to go with them and when I noticed it was 8:03pm. They close at 8pm. I called and they waited for me to come in and I was able to get my radiator. They didn't have to wait for me. Excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

This AutoZone is different from others I’ve been to. The customer service was exceptional. I got taken care of quickly and had every question answered. Armando helped me and he knew what he was doing and was very attentive the whole time.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and PERSONABLE...... I needed 2 replacement batteries for my Motorcoach Chassis.... I didn't even price them anywhere else, after meeting these guys.....they took the time to run the VIN number to verify exactly which batteries that I needed. The clincher was that they could install them for me immediately...... Due to medical issues I have severe issues in bending and am limited to a maximum lifting weight of less than 20 pounds.... I was also personally overheating and my blood sugar had dropped to where I had severe shakes..... These guys came to my rescue..... The batteries were installed, This location also sells candy bars so a Twix candy bar helped to stabilize my blood sugar .... I felt so bad for them as they were drenched from the high heat and humidity.... These guys SAVED MY DAY and made an expensive situation much less stressful. I GREATLY appreciate the EXTRA MILE that was taken to get me back going. Both mechanically and personally,..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION for all of your automotive parts needs.
