Phase 4 Stereo

Great staff, great service. I am working on a theater room in my basement I am finishing and they helped me draw out my plans on where to put my speakers, what options I had, pros vs cons, and really helped me formulate the plans. I bought the speakers that were recommended and never planned on doing that but they made it so easy to finish my project. Very happy with the professional advice I was given and they even helped me plan where to run all my speaker wire, that I have since completed. I made my purchase last week.

Extremely satisfied with the install Phase 4 did on my c300. These guys are true professionals and are in it for the love of the game and it shows. My specific vehicle presented a challenge for the owner and he wasn't sure he wanted to take the project on but thankfully he did his homework and decided to go for it. I'm extremely thankful for his crew stepping outside their comfort zone and absolutely crushing it. Thanks dudes great job

The crew at Phase 4 was far more friendly and professional than the competitors we checked out. We made our purchase at a lower cost, with availability for our install weeks before the other business could fit us in.

It can be difficult to find a place in this business that doesn't gouge you or try and make you buy more than you need. Phase 4 is the exception. I will recommend it to friends. 💯🤘

My office is my van that I use to transport people in all day.... originally the stereo didn't work and it was near brutal not having a working stereo. I brought it to Phase 4 and they fixed it for me...Thank you so much Phase 4!!!

I brought in a cord with multiple very small internal wires for the control unit on the electric motor on my wheelchair and they fixed it very very well very quickly and even did it free of charge very grateful to them unfortunately this chord got caught in the spokes of my wheelchair and was ripped apart again and when I took it back to them
they were unable to repair the item I brought to them the second time the wire for the control unit on my wheelchair had been ripped in half, although only due to possible liability issues.

I had them install a new amp and speakers in my truck. With the amp being underneath my driver seat, they went out of their way to build a little protective barrier in front of my amp so it doesn't accidentally get kicked from someone sitting in the backseat. They did an amazing job installing everything. Jason, one of the installers, went over and beyond and fixed an issue I was having with one of my back doors also. I highly recommend. Great customer service and kept me in the loop the whole time on what they were doing.

Rod helped us get a receiver. He listened to what we needed and explained the pros and cons of the different brands that was in store. He was very honest with explaining what would be best for us and not just looking at the price tag. He was very knowledgeable and we trusted his opinion. We will definitely be going back whenever we do need something!

I am a returning customer and every time I visit they are friendly, knowledgeable, and well worth the trip. Their prices are very fair and although you might find the same item online for a minor discount, the service and support is absolutely worth the difference. I strongly encourage everyone to check them out for your audio and video needs.

We moved into a house that we cannot figure out how the wire go with ceiling speakers. Dave and the other gentleman spend several hours help us get things done. They are very responsible. Wonderful experience working with them.

Incredible service. After a long arduous process with Best Buy, I decided to go here. I was sold the stereo system, at the same price that Best Buy had. They helped me through the entire process, and even helped me out as well when I had a couple of issues installing the stereo on my own. I would return and have already recommended them to family and friends.

We showed up, exactly at closing time, and the people let us in and were very helpful despite the fact that they should have been closed. You never even got the vibe that they wanted you to leave, like, if I was them and I came in at closing time, I'da said to piss off; they were not at all like that. Exemplary customer service.

Phase 4 has, hands down, the most fantastic customer service I have received from ANY business in Idaho Falls in a long time. I had an issue with a clearance item that worked when we tested it in the store, but failed at home. They went ABOVE AND WAY BEYOND to make it right even though my origional purchase was only $50. Big box stores (you know who) would have told me "I'm sorry sir, we dont take back clearance items but if you want to take a look we are having a sale on.....".
Phase 4 is very helpful, honest, honorable. (AND LOCAL) They have my business for life!

I started daydreaming at Phase 4 Stereo over 20 years ago and they were already legendary in Idaho Falls at that point. This place is still hands down the best in town.
