Starbucks

Ice Americano ☕ and a grill cheese sandwich is the best and it’s been my go too for years. I got a few of my friends on the Starbucks combo. I like this place because it’s a quiet place, where I can sit down, eat my grill cheese and take my iced coffee to go. The mall is close by. So is Matins and 2nd on Charles. I usually walk around with my ☕ and shop around but my evening starts with my favorite drink. I work around this area and the Starbucks hits the spot.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, my drink is good. It’s exactly what I order. Service is friendly but today, however, they tell me to pull up and wait on my drinks then the little redhead with pigtails with her toboggan on comes out and says for future reference when we tell you to pull up in the corner, we mean pull up in the corner over there, so you don’t have to worry about someone rear ending you! OK you didn’t tell me to pull up in the corner you just said pull up! She needs to learn how to talk to people and not be hateful and Starbucks for future reference if you’re going to have people pull up and wait get a better place for that!

Night crew couldn’t have been better. I walked in with minutes left before they closed and Ben was so nice and welcoming even though they were slammed and had a line out to the street. Rare attitude these days and much appreciated!

Like many Starbucks, one of the hardest parts is parking when the drive-through is backing up, but it's a good option for a small breakfast sandwich and drinks, especially on a morning when a lot of places are closed. Staff was merry and bright, which made the experience quite pleasant.

My special order was ready in 10 minutes. The cashier was phenomenal and very respectful. Called me by name as I was leaving. She was very encouraging to her staff.

i always have the best visits when i come here! the staff is so friendly, efficient, and patient. i’m not a big coffee drinker so it sometimes takes me some time to decide what i want. they always give me suggestions and insight without making me feel burdensome. today i let the barista pick my drink and she did not disappoint! it’s the exact taste i was craving lol. i am truly impressed with the consistency of good service.

Ben who works drive thru is amazing!! He’s made this location my favorite starbucks. Can’t rave enough about him.

I love this Starbucks. My husband and I like to make up our own drinks, and they’re always more than helpful and beyond patient with us. Even if we show up pretty close to closing, they’re always smiling and energetic. I just love it.

My wife and I stopped by this store on our way through Oxford. There was a line in the drive thru but it moved rather quickly. The guy taking our order was patient and got it correct. Our order was ready when we pulled around, once again greeted by very nice man. I recommend this place.

Food and drink were made quickly and with an adequate amounts of love. Service was pleasant and personable while we were quickly serviced in a long drive thru line. Thanks for the extra straws

Awesome customer service. I love it. I drive through here all the time and most commonly I have a good experience. Today was the first time I walked in and it smells crisp and fresh. The crew is friendly and understanding. They made a mean ice coffee for real. It's very clean and organized. From my sight this place is on their game. Very impressed.

Memorial Day weekend and they only had 3 employees including the manager and doing drive thru only but they were doing their best. They kept their cool, stayed polite, friendly and helpful. Our order was under $12 but we tipped $10 anyway. They definitely earned it!

I am not sure of the atmosphere as we use the drive-through window. Everyone assisting us was very kind. The drinks were great as always! We stop here when we’re traveling; this is our go-to Starbucks.

Most every Starbucks I've been to, is great. I'm proud of our hometown Starbucks. They usually always fast and accurate. Always very friendly. Even have the reusable cups back for the holidays.

Incredibly nice people, I messed up my order on accident and they fixed it for me no problem. They were incredibly fast given the long line, respectful, and overall just great. Thank y’all for a wonderful experience today. Definitely will be coming back

Omg, you must try the Brown sugar or cinnamon dolce oatmeal shaken expresso. IF YOU ARE A COFFE LOVER YOU WINT REGRET IT!

I love this Starbucks. Everything is always good. Service is great. Sometimes all Starbucks are busy but they get it out as quick as they can

Great Coffee!

This is mine and husband's regular stop when traveling, they are always extremely kind and efficient. The drinks are always perfect and delicious!! From Texas to Georgia and back, it's our longest running regular and favorite stop!! See y'all in 13 months!!
