This is my go-to pharmacy. I have been other places and these experiences Always remind me why I like my Cub Pharmacy so much! They are kind. They are attentive. They are sensitive and skilled. I can get in and out with Rx filled in 15 minutes or less! And now there's a drive thru ;)
There was a time I used online pharmacies, in which I felt very disconnected to the folks who were filling my scripts, they didn't know me or my family or my other Rx drugs. This felt very scary, especially when filling for my kids. At Cub/Lexington Pharmacy I always know they are looking out for me and are familiar with my needs. They always remind me to save $ using my rewards card and I always leave with a satisfaction of a job well done.

I've used this Cub Pharmacy for years. The staff have always been great. At times when I needed fast service they really have come through. When insurance was an issue they went the extra yard for me and got it figured out. When I needed a refill in another state where there were no Cubs they worked to get my refill to me. Lori, Denise, and their staff are a crack team. I Love them.

My favorite person that works at this pharmacy made a point to put my chosen name into the system here, and makes a point to call me by my name when I come to pick up my prescriptions. As a transgender/nonbinary human, it is extremely hard to get people to call me by my chosen rather than legal name, especially when it's healthcare related. People like this are truly making a difference whether they realize it or not. :-)

This is not about the store, but using the website. I could not access my pharmacy account. When trying to send an email, I found no email address or contact to send to. Pleas! fix this!!! This is one very frustrated customer!

I go to a different Cub pharmacy location usually but this one was the only one that had the pain medication I needed after getting surgery. They said it would be 30 minutes and so far it's been an hour and 15 with no explanation for the extended wait. The cub in new brighton is always quick and helpful. I've had the opposite experience here.

I use this pharmacy because they will mail my prescriptions. According to the law, though, they can’t mail out controlled substances. Sometimes I call them and they can’t find a prescription, which the next day they call to tell me is ready. I never know if a person on the other side of the phone is competent or not. The pharmacy has a website I use for requesting refills on my other prescriptions.

UPDATED: I called on a Tuesday to have a mental health RX filled that was written to be filled the next day. It was a medication for my ADHD, which is a controlled substance. I spoke with one of the pharmacy assistants, who told me they would fill the RX and I could pick it up later. I told the assistant I would be in Thursday. When I arrived on Thursday, the assistant at the drive-through window said they couldn’t give it to me until the next day due to Cub policies; this was according to the pharmacist on duty. I arrive on Friday to be told the same thing, that is, I couldn’t pick it up until Saturday, according to the pharmacist on duty. I arrive on Saturday to be told by another assistant that the RX could not be filled until 27 days after I had picked up my last RX, according to the pharmacist on duty, and I could pick it up on Monday. I told the assistant I was traveling to another state on Tuesday for two weeks and absolutely had to have the RX ready by Monday at the latest. She told me Monday was the day it could be refilled, and that she would leave notes about the absolute need for the RX to be filled Monday morning.

I called Cub Pharmacy on Monday to be told they would’t even have the med in stock until Thursday! Then the pharmacist blamed me for trusting the assistants, that I should have spoken directly with the pharmacist. My response was, “So your assistants are making things up and are not trustworthy!” Then the pharmacist blamed me for not knowing the RX was too early to refill, to which I reminded him the RX was written to be filled on the previous Tuesday.

Do NOT trust this pharmacy or Cub pharmaceutical policies. Do NOT trust the assistants, for they claim to represent the word of the pharmacist when they are just making things up.

I am transferring all my meds out of Cub Pharmacy as soon as I can. They are not informed, honest, and blame the customer for their very shoddy service.

Don't use this pharmacy. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go to Target or Walgreens across the street.

My doctor wrote me a script because my medicine was stolen out of my car and the pharmacies refused to fill it, and tried to tell me my doctor was giving me an incorrect dosage. I have gone to my doctor for over 5 years, and he is very intelligent. I thought this was a fluke and maybe I had a bad pharmacist. However, I talked to my mom about it, and they held her script and refused to fill it or give it back until her doctor came back from vacation, and could verify it. She had her ID and it was a valid script but they told her they didn't agree with the medication she was taking, or her dosage.

These are not doctors and they did not go to medical school. I appreciate when someone will give information, but they literally try to force their opinions.

I just want everyone to have a fair warning there is something sketchy going on here. So, it maybe in you best interest to check out a pharmacy you can trust.

Terrible service. They have strait up lied to my face about calling in my prescription after I had already verified with the other provider that they did not call them. Long wait times for prescriptions because they are too busy giving people vaccine shots. When I say long wait times I mean 2 days....
