Harris Teeter Pharmacy

This is the greatest pharmacy I've ever used. The staff are fantastic. Their customer service is wonderful. I am always treated really well. They were so kind and helpful when we brought in a parent with dementia for an annual flu shot.

It is easy to refill my prescriptions through their online portal, but they also answer their phones if we need information or help. They text when someone is ready for pick up, and have a drive thru window if we don't want to go inside. We get fuel points too, which saved us $1 a gallon this month.

I had walked to the pharmacy for my vaccines today. I was taken care so wonderful. Such caring team. Well done guys you rock. Anna you are an amazing profesional. Thank you

I’m using this pharmacy since it was Kroger’s. The stuff are super fantastic especially Ben and Tim!!!

Amazing customer service, fast, polite, they don’t judge you based on your medication. I used to go to Walmart then Ken left and it became the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to overnight. I had an issue with every prescription every time I tried to fill it. Not here! They know exactly what they’re doing and just do their jobs to the best of their ability. It’s the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to hands down and I’ve been to quite a few. I’ll never switch again! Everyone in there is just so polite and will do anything to get you your medication. I love them!

I've had my perscriptions transferred from the CVS in Fuquay-Varina. So clad I did. Much better service.

Love this pharmacy convenience but today I loved my entire experience. The minute I pulled up Leslie was wearing a big smile, was really excited to see my puppy and she cared about the pricing of my prescription. She has not forgotten the importance of customer service and I wanted to say a big Thank You!

The staff at the Fuquay Varina location is just the best! The Pharmacist Dr. Orcutt is awesome, and I wish I knew that tech that was at the drive up tonight 10/27/22… a very pretty female who is AWLAYS super friendly and has an amazing customer service…tonight my daughter prescription was just received as we got there and without any hesitation she made sure it was filled and we had her steroids. They are truly 5 ⭐

The entire pharmacy team is awesome. I enjoy my experience at this location. The manager is very helpful and so is the staff.

Real professional staff. They helped me beyond the call of their duties. The item not available with them, they called Dr. and suggested another brand, and then they gave me, that medicine worked better.

Professional staff, and know you as a patient. However, they are understaffed (like most places) and the wait in the drive-thru can be long.
