I love when Glenda is working in the Fuquay store. She knows everyone's name, she is friendly and efficient. It's amazing to watch her work, she is like a machine but always friendly and helpful.

Definitely a 0-star review. My Dr called in a prescription on Thursday. I hadn’t heard anything by Friday, so I decided to stop in. They are short staffed so the drive thru was closed. I waited in a long line to ask about my prescription, only to be told they are running a WEEK BEHIND on filling them. At this time, my Dr office was closed for the weekend, so I couldn’t get this sent to another pharmacy. I was told they’d expedite it and that it’d be ready end of day Friday or Saturday afternoon. Fast forward and none of those times were met. I finally received notification of my prescription being ready late Sunday - 4 DAYS after it was submitted. 100% unacceptable. After suffering all weekend due to their incompetence, I won’t be using this pharmacy again.

I am constantly having to call in to hurry my order along. I’m talking days after it is placed by my dr. Or when I make a refill request. When I call in I am psychologically tortured by your hold music. I am pretty sure the CIA uses your hold music to get information out of suspected terrorist. It probably only takes them 30 minutes. Because after 20 minutes of listening to your hold music I end up hanging up. There’s only so much torture, I’m willing to put myself through, and believe me I would give out government secrets if I was made to listen to that god awful noise longer than 20 minutes! The staff need to answer the phone and your torturous music needs to change. I am now looking into other pharmacies, mostly because of the damn hold music.

WHAT?! This is a new low for CVS and shame on me for allowing them so many extra chances to be professional, timely and responsible. They let me know they are filling my meds 1st thing this morning (need them tomorrow BTW) then this afternoon nor only are they NOT ready but they are closing 4 hours early because they are short staffed?!

I have no meds and I'm furious. This is not a frozen custard store. People rely on their services and it appears they do not care if they go out of business, or at least the people who work there have given up.

They have been reported to the pharmacy board b/c google reviews clearly do not make a difference.

To begin with, don’t change my medications without asking and don’t take 10 days to fill a prescription. Also we have to be back & forth because you guys don’t answer the phone, you have us 45min on hold and never pick up. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Also never have regular medications on stock, my family is with this horrendous pharmacy because of the cvs caremark.
The employees always use the same excuses, we have a backlog or the system say this or that, and you go to the pharmacy with the call waiting for them to answer and show them how long you been waiting for them to answer they said,” I apologize, I don’t know why the system did that”!!. Well, if you have problem with the fricking system, GET IT FIX!!!
Apparently all CVS works the same way cause in Georgia it was the same nightmare. You guys need to re-evaluate your staff and retrain or layoff all of them. You guys make us patients suffer mentally, adding stress and anxiety trying to get medications. You guys don’t even deserved one star 👎🏼

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They have told me multiple times they don’t have a prescription for me, only to realize they entered it incorrectly somewhere. Today they can’t fill a prescription because they entered the wrong fill date when the order came from the doctor. But they also can’t just correct their mistake in the system. And don’t try to call them. I’ve been on hold for an hour, thirty minutes of which while I’m here to see if they even answer phone calls, and none of the 7 people in the pharmacy have even attempted to answer a phone despite the fact the system keeps announcing 6 pharmacy calls over and over.

This pharmacy is the worst yet! I have sit on the phone for over 2 hrs at a time and would of been over that time but I hung up today I was on hold for 1hr in the morning the. This after noon Ihr and 1/2. I have been waiting for prescriptions over 4 days my message says they are in process. With this service I can see why they don’t answer calls.

Since the staff has changed the past 2-3 years, I have had nothing but difficulty with this CVS location. Our daughter has been given wrong prescriptions over and over that could trigger seizures, and this can lead to death with her condition; we were given a Benzodiazepine that was 10x the strength she was supposed to have received; we've had seizure mediations not filled for days/weeks at a time; we've been given items that are on her allergy list (and not the item that was written on the prescription). Our most recent experience was that she needed a prescription upon hospital discharge. It's considered a "bridge" medication to help increase her seizure threshold for 3 days so her other mediation changes had a chance to work. It took CVS SIX days to fill the script that was supposed to have been started upon discharge. I made countless calls and 4 trips to the pharmacy to pick up, only to be told "I'm sorry, but we don't have it filled yet". This is despite three verbal confirmations by phone and in person that they were filling it and I could pick it up at a certain time (hence the 4 trips). There was no alternative option given until the 3rd time. Unfortunately we had to leave town and were not able to drive across town to another location to see if another pharmacy was able to fulfill. Today when I FINALLY picked up the prescription, I was also notified that they put in a special order for one of her other prescriptions. Upon questioning, they were attempting to fill an old prescription for a mediation that was 25% less of the dose she is supposed to take. If it had been filled/given to her, the seizing would have started again. She has not used this old prescription for months, and this CVS location is the one that has been filling the new prescription the entire time. Unfortunately, we are very limited with our insurance or we would never go back to this pharmacy. I typically only leave positive Google Reviews, but the mistakes at this pharmacy have become too regular and too costly. The word needs to get out - PLEASE double check your prescriptions, ask questions, and review with your doctors. Do not just take for granted that the pharmacist knows what he is doing. Be very careful that you are getting what was prescribed by your doctor.

Stay away from this CVS location. No wonder why the ratings of this pharmacy is poor. The folks working at pharmacy are rude and spoke with an unwelcoming attitude/tone. The prescription was ready as we confirmed it on phone but they were not ready to release saying they are closed. Despite of plenty of folks working there. #rx rx

I would give 0 if I could. Trying to call the pharmacy is infuriating. Their phone system will only give the option to ask Covid related inquiries, and when it does supposedly transfer you, the phone will never be answered.

They denied my boyfriend his proscription on the same day he had surgery! I don’t understand how someone can do that to a person in pain.

Caught them cutting my prescription short and sometimes they “can’t find it”. To me it seems they have a thief working for them. I reported them.

Terrible pharmacy. Told me my prescription would be ready in 20-30 minutes. 40 minutes later it hadn't been made yet. I won't be back.
