Ruby Coffee Headquarters Cafe

Made a special trip here on a cold winter day...just beautiful and worth the hour drive. Great baristas, very friendly service, great coffee experience as expected! Great to chat about all things coffee. We love seeing the passion in every team member here.

We decided to take a drive to Stevens Point to check out Ruby's new space on 3rd Street. Glad we did!
We ordered crepes For breakfast and of course coffee!
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the buckwheat crepes were delicious with ingredients sourced locally.
I highly recommend you stop for coffee and food!

The staff here is just as fantastic as their legendary coffee. We went all-out and ordered a lot of things: oat milk cappuccino with maple syrup (the BEST), a pour over specialty, and a cortado (aka “cheers” on their menu).

Some of the staff was training for their new location (which opens next week) and the espresso sat for a bit too long before we consumed it, so it was a little bitter. The coffee was fantastic: not at all bitter or acidic and pleasantly fruity. The pour over came in it’s own air-sealed pitcher and stayed super hot while we poured a few cups during our stay. Genius!

We were bummed we missed the grand opening of their new location a few miles west, but we were thrilled to see their roastery operation and origin. Definitely worth a stop!

The coffee is absolutely exquisite and the cafe is cute & comfy with plenty of room to enjoy. I love Ruby's!

Really enjoyed the coffee here. Thought the tasting room was going to be more of look-around, sample different coffee roasts & origins, have an experience, but it was more just order a coffee and head out. Still really great coffee & friendly staff though.

Beautiful environment, unique and repurposed materials make up the buildings on their small campus, great outdoor space for sitting or wandering near a small prairie, very good coffee, and baristas that will show you around and make you some bomb espresso.

I did a tree job for the owner and he gave us a bag. The bag I got was a lighter roast but went down so smooth. I'm a big fan of black rifle coffee. But this is nice and if I want more a simple drive down the road and I can get more. For sure we are gonna order more as it's super fresh and roasted just right. Thanks again you got a new customer.

I love their coffee and scones (both sweet and savory). And their walk by ordering window allows me to stay in the lovely WI summer breeze while getting my treats. I can't wait to once again get to enjoy your lovely interior space as well. This is a great local business.

Delicious artisan coffee, house ham sandwich, and parfait that we ordered. Cool atmosphere and would definitely be a regular if I lived in Stevens Point!

Off the beaten path, but by far one of the best coffee experiences I've ever had. High quality coffee with an owner and staff who's passion for coffee clearly shows in drinks they make and the beans they sell. Ruby is truly a hidden gem that is well worth any drive and I look forward to visiting again.

Best coffee! The Creamery is a solid choice, but they have other great flavors too! I love their little tasting room and am looking forward to the new place opening in downtown Stevens Point.

Congratulations Ruby Coffee! It's great to see a company like this thriving a small town. We stopped in on a Saturday mid-morning and it was buzzing.

The coffee was great, the atmosphere was great, and the people enjoying a cup were friendly.

You should consider stopping here if you are in the area.

There's literally nothing else like this in Central Wisconsin. It's not really a coffee shop, so don't expect the full coffee shop experience. This is a working coffee roasting facility where they happened to add a coffee bar. If you go in thinking that you want a peek into how coffee is roasted, drink some fantastic coffee from wherever in the world they're roasting this week, and talk to some friendly local guys about coffee, this is your spot. Currently open to the public 8 - 12 on Saturdays.

The atmosphere is amazing at Ruby’s And the coffee is so good! Aaron greets everyone with such a warm smile and engages in good conversation with people he can while! 10/10 would recommend.

What a blessing such an outstanding roaster located in north central Wisconsin. took a day trip to visit this little gem on a Saturday. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Very cool atmosphere, located in a small town with other little shops to visit and mingle with locals.

The Ruby team welcomed my wife and I in on a weekday, shared a few delicious coffees with us, gave us a tour of their space, and sent us with three bags of coffee to enjoy on our vacation to the North Woods. I’ve never had coffee that compares and will remain excited for every time a new bag arrives in the mail.

This is the premier place for coffee. Their cafe hours are limited, because they function as a roaster first. Head out there on Saturday or Sunday morning and you'll get a warm welcome by the crew running the espresso machine.

Try this coffee! If you haven't already, do it. These guys do coffee right. This is coffee made for all sorts, but certainly appeals to the most picky of coffee drinkers.

The staff is great, the atmosphere is wonderful (including the quaint community they are located in) and you will walk away with a greater appreciation for what it is you go there for, their awesome coffee!
