McDonald's

The staff was SO nice here! We were visiting from out of town, and the lady who took my order was superb! She alerted me on a deal that I had no clue about. The lady at the window telling me about my food was nice, and the lady that delivered the food to my car was super nice!!! The food was hot and fresh, and my order was accurate. It allowed for a smooth ride home, as we had about 3 more hours to go. With their bellies full and hearts satisfied, my kids fell asleep, and I was able to coast us on home!

As usually McDonald with all options available . Staff are nice and the place is not crowded most of the time. People use drive through a lot and almost no wait time.

Traditional McDonald's experience and food. We used the order ahead app with curbside pickup. The process was easy, and the location is very close to interstate.

We were traveling through and decided to stop here to eat. When we got there, it wasn't busy. The food was great. The fries were fresh out of the fryer. The women working there were really nice. And the bathrooms were clean. I've seen the other reviews on here. I guess we just got there at a good time.

The people there were so nice and very helpful even when the order was messed up they fixed it right away with no attitude problems or nothing

Didn't really stop for food, my children needed a potty break on our long journey. The bathrooms were clean. T.P. ran out and the manager did not hesitate to get someone to correct the issue immediately. Greatly appreciated. If we hadn't just ate we would have eaten there. So BIG thanks to the manager and all his employees. Great job to you all!

Food was hot and fresh, but fryer oil needed changing.

They were friendly, courteous and the food was hot and fresh! This is, definitely, one of the best McDonald's in North Louisiana! Thanks!

My food was delicious. It was available in a timely manner. And the people were super nice and friendly! The person who took my order and brought my food out to me was awesome! She went above and beyond taking her time to explain the differences in the new sandwiches and provided me with some excellent recommendations! She was very personable and made me feel very welcome and did not rush me at all. She is a very friendly person and deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to make sure I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I would come back here simply because of this person. She also recognized I needed a to go bag for my leftovers and gave it to me without my asking for it! Every company needs more employees like her! Quinnithia is her name and she is the kind of employee every company needs working for them!

I had a late breakfast here, 11:00 AM, Saturday 1/28/17, while traveling. The woman working the register was as friendly as can be. When there was no line, she was cleaning tables and talking to customers. Sandwich was large and all food was fresh. If only all McD's were like this.

Arcadia, LA -Well, it’s McDonalds, and it has been sometime since I have had it, so it sounded good. Just when I was gonna get my normal fare, they had spicy nuggets. They were really good - and the fries, don’t care what that commercial says about someone else’s fries being liked better, MCD has always been my favorite fry - unless someone got over handed with the salt - yuck - then they went out the window - but these were delicious just as I liked them. Soda was great and refreshing - and a buck for a large drink - oh yeah…

Right now this place is experiencing Manpower shortages like every other place in the country. Dining is a drive-thru only, but if you need the restroom, you're more than welcome to come in and use it. Also because of the Manpower shortage, please bring a six-pack of PATIENCE with you.

Food was good, and McD’s fries were fresh! That makes for a good day. Staff was nice too

We were traveling through and stopped. It was extremely clean, the employees were so nice, and it was super fast! The manager helped us and she was fabulous!

Visited at 11 PM on a Friday night and got friendly service from the drice thru. So impressed!

Staff was very nice and quickly prepared our food.
