I delivered drywall last night, I called three times to inform them of my arrival. Once around 4:30p, another at 9p (this one didn't go through properly, and the final one around 9:20p. Each time, they answered promptly and were very friendly. They started unloading around 9:40p it took them until 11:30 ish to finish. They helped get my tarps on my bed, and took off the remaining edge protectors I couldn't reach. I was able to park here overnight. I went inside around 7a to freshen up in the bathroom. Well one of the janitors was starting to clean the bathroom. He really made my experience AMAZING! He thought I was in a rough patch, because I was in the process of brushing my teeth. He offered me money to help, which I didn't take. I thanked him for his kindness and was on my way. The employees here are truly top notch! It's been so long since I've seen a true act of kindness, these people need to be protected at all cost!

We researched appliances and did a price comparison between stores on LG appliances- dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. We were surprised Home Depot has a decent showroom, knowledgeable staff and a good Black Friday sales through the month of November. Unfortunately, during this pandemic they didn’t have everything in stock but we were not in a hurry. We saved about $400 using Home Depot mostly on their 5-year home warranties. We were happy our sales tax amount went toward our local City of Elk River. The LG dishwasher we purchased has a dBA rating of 42 and highly rated on independent websites.

Help desk was very busy with customers and phone calls, yet Matt did a great job helping me with a more time consuming question. He had to make calls to other stores and departments all while multitasking. Nice work.

Home depots online inventory for the store always seem to be exact, if you do decide to purchase online or in the app they don't charge you and its quick and easy pickup and if you want it to be shipped to your front door its usually free shipping (unless its really heavy or large but within common sense weight and size)
Unlike other home improvement stores in the area that try and bribe you with a rebate that you will forget to send in and then spend more than you would at Home Depot (when that place posts their prices that might be .02 less than HD the 11% is already added in, so don't forget to send that in so you can wait months for your in-store only check) Also the other company charge fees for instore pickup and shipping (unless it's an item stored outside, then you don't get the fee but in the winter you still get to enjoy the cold whike sorting through their crooked lumber) Hopefully they have it in stock, if it says they have 3 or less of an item you might be wasting your time going their because good chance their online numbers are wrong or it's just something the lazy employees say so they don't have to go find an item.
All around Home Depot is a better option with better quality items. Home Depot also must be best friends with Milwaukee because they always have the best prices for Milwaukee equipment and if at the time you look and the prices are the same as some others, give it a week or two and it will be on sale for significantly cheaper or with free batteries.

Amazing place! Super friendly staff, and there is always a manager to help if you need it. Highly recommend for home improvement projects.

Employees always very help. They always know exactly where to locate everything. Stock is always available. I have "always" been happy shopping at Home Depot.

We went to Home Depot yesterday with our two little kids to pick out some paint colors for our new house. The man working at the paint counter was amazing. He showed our 6 year old how the paint got mixed and allowed her to interact with the process. He took the time so make her feel so good and involved in the process. He offered us suggestions and resources to help us with painting in our new home. We are so grateful to him! It made what could have been a stressful trip so much fun and such a good experience for our kids. I don’t often leave reviews but this experience deserved it. ✨

Two days ago I was looking for a tee for my sink plumbing and the guy who helped took me right where I needed to go, and once I showed him a photo of my setup, he also recommended a certain adaptor. If I hadn’t gotten the adaptor I would have been screwed! Life savor. I never have a bad experience at this location.

I stopped at the Elk River MN home depo location this morning. Today is black Friday so a very stressful day to be in the retail world. I can't say how impressed I was with the sales staff. I was greeted upon entering the store. I had multiple employees ask if I needed help. Every single employee said good morning with a smile and was extremely pleasant. I have worked many years in the retail world both in sales and management and my entire life in sales of some sort. It was very impressive to say the least this is no easy task in a large retail environment. Well done team, well done 👏

Corporate take note - whatever was/is being done differently at this location or management wise it needs to be replicated. Give this team a pat on the back for a job well done!

Staff is always helpful, if one person is unsure they will guide you in the right direction to someone who knows. Always check the back wall!! It is almost always where I find the thing I was looking up and down every aisle for😉

I ordered my tool box online at like midnight it was ready for pickup the next day. Super easy to order, easy to pick up, and they helped load it which was very much appreciated. Only thing I wish is that I didn't have to put the wheels on... It was extremely heavy and my husband and I had to unload it at home put the wheels on and load it back up so I could bring it with me to school. But in all seriousness I had a very good experience and the price was reasonable! Will definitely be buying my upgraded tool box from them later this year.

We came in on 3/20 to purchase items for our bathroom remodel. We were a little stressed because we were on a time crunch with kids at home with the babysitter, our 7 month old with us, a tight budget to follow and a huge list from a tub to flooring to paint and everything in between. Thank goodness for your employees. Especially Marv! The other gentlemen, I can't remember his name , mentioned Marv is in his 80s and he never stopped helping us including helping to lift a tub onto a cart despite us saying he didn't have to. He was amazingly kind and fun. The cashier Zachary was also great and helped us get through the checkout quickly with a LOT of items as our baby was getting fussy and he was very friendly. Overall a fantastic experience. Love going here. It's the only building and hardware store we will go to now. The building is clean with respectful and fun employees who know their stuff. We missed the deadline for the survey as we got so involved in our project so hopefully this makes its way to management because you have a fantastic set of people working with you.

Home depot was clean. 2 people welcomed me to store and asked if I needed help. Prices displayed on shelving, didn't need my phone! Picked up nsf shelving. Wish they would stock some taller replacement poles in store though.

Doreen was amazing. We came just look at carpet pricing and flooring. She helped us measure what we needed and let us know how to save money in other areas in our Home remodeling as well. She went above and beyond being helpful.

Picked up bark young man (cashier) in garden was very helpful

Only had one size of vacuum storage bags for clothes, but great, helpful staff, clean, nice. Too many teenagers in the parkinglot hanging out at store close though.

Nice place to get your tools and other essentials for the yard. Staff seem like they aren't an orange blaze running away from you when you need help. Have been here many times and never left upset with my experience.

Nothing but great things to say about Zach at customer service!! He was so polite and after needing two receipts printed and walking out with one, he flagged me down in the parking let to give me the other receipt. 5 stars for this gentlemen.
