I don't know why people post about half eaten croissants with not enough chocolate in it. Or give one star because their credit card was declined. The staff is not to blame for this.

In fact, they are very friendly there all the time and try to accommodate all your special wishes. Problems can happen. Just tell them.

The location is easy to access and very clean. Typical Starbucks location. Go there regularly.

We ordered through the app a grande pink drink refreshers , white chocolate creme Frappuccino and chocolate mint creme Frappuccino. When we arrived the our order was ready. The location was clean and quiet so we decided to stay and enjoy our drinks and the atmosphere. We will be back and next time we are seating outside.

I love this location. They are super sweet. I told the young lady I was having a rough day and they left a sweet note on my cup. All the drinks were made correctly. The inside of the location was super clean! It was busy but line went fairly quickly. Definitely brighten up my day!

The Squirrel Road Starbucks employees are a delight everyday. If there are a ton of people there, the employees still manage to treat you as if you’re the only one in the building.

They are always excited and happy to offer me a pup cup when I bring by Hector, my chocolate lab.

Tamia is a powerhouse. She was slinging out drinks left and right and she had the utmost patience when customers had accidentally ordered incorrectly. She’s doing a great job!

For the summer, we are going to Starbucks for extra caffeine. I always get great service and quality. Did you know that McD's mocha is the same cost as a Starbucks? It is in my area, so I prefer coming here for the same outstanding service and quality. Try a grilled cheese sandwich...you will be surprised . I usually get a flat white or a white chocolate mocha. I use their app to collect stars for free drinks and to customize my drinks.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rachel, Renee and the rest of the staff at this location specifically. This used to be my daily spot before moving across town. I still try to pop in when I can to see their friendly faces, as they truly are my favorite baristas. The staff here is so attentive, efficient and kind. They stand out from the other cafes I've visited & make me miss my home location. Keep rocking on!!✨✌

I come here atleast 3 times a week and always taken care of, the employees here are amazing. Today i was assisted by Jordan and although they were crazy busy at 8:30 am this Friday, she still came and served me with the most welcoming smile! Such fast service!!

One of the better run Starbucks I've visited...very fast and friendly.

They also seem to avoid the pitfall of many Starbucks that focus primarily on the drive-thru and leave the customers hanging that ordered online or in-store.

Baristas are down to earth, hard working, and willing to do my dumb complicated drink, the girl at counter was really funny and nice!

I love this starbucks location. When I had my internship I stopped by there almost every morning to get my iced coffee and the workers are super nice and quick at expediting the orders for people. Never have I ever had to wait long at all for my drink even when they're busy. One employee that shined the most to me was this sweet African American girl who started to remember my name in the morning for mobile pickup. When I went in and she was working she would just ask me if its a pick up for Emily and I would happily say yes! And she handed me my drink. I felt so welcome and special, she makes my mornings when I go there along with any of the other employees! Would recommend to stop by there on your morning routine.

Google maps may take you to the wrong locations. If you end up at a car wash you're in the wrong place. You need to go left onto Squirrel and drive to the Applebee's. Turn right into their parking lot and it's in the strip of stores next to Blaze Pizza.

I place mobile and drive thru orders pretty often. They're always very quick, orders are always right. The staff are great.

My number one to-go coffee option, just order ahead on the app and grab it on your way to school/work.

I'm writing this review specifically because of an incident this morning: I decided to go to a different Starbucks that is directly on my route to work (Baldwin Rd.). My winter drink is a latte with sweet cream (not milk). I start driving on I-75 and take a sip...not my drink. It's a Monday, and I was looking forward to my latte! The label wasn't correct either. This was definitely coffee with just creamer. I decided to just go back to my normal location (this one) and buy (again) my normal drink there. I said to the employee giving me my drink, "You know, I decided this morning to go to the other location because it's closer, and they didn't make my drink anything close to correct. I learned my lesson and I'm not going to stray from this location!" What did she do? She gave me my drink - free. She said, "They messed up - you aren't paying for this." This location did nothing wrong, yet went out of their way to make my day better and correct their mistake!

Jas is the best! I was having the worst morning and ordered to the wrong store but she took great care of me! Everyone at this store is always so kind and friendly!

Busiest Starbucks in the state of Michigan they say, I'd say the busiest in the whole Midwest but I never have to wait long inside. The drive thru is always 5 deep. Recommend using the SB order ahead app here. Always great employees, working hard but friendly.

One of my favorite locations! The service is always great and coffee/tea spot on!!! One time I was the only one in the drive thru and it was taking forever. Finally the girl came back with a Venti instead of my Grande apologizing because they just got in a huge inside order right before mine and she felt bad and made mine herself and upgraded it for the wait. I thought that was so thoughtful and great. They even understand my order when I'm too tired in the morning to get it out (lol!). Fast location even when there is a line in the drive thru. Great job guys!!! Keep it up!!!!

I like this location; however maybe it’s time to extend hours to 24 hours with lobby open since it would benefit local & out of state students. However, while many might say this coffee is overpriced the firm is at least trying to help their baristas get earn tuition reimbursement to remedy the student loan problem. As much as it may sound a burden to some to take this as a loss, please consider the benefits this location would offer to those working and not partying because time is a challenge and at the least it would offer a cool spot to hang out as well as make your location much more different while making profit. In addition, it would offer other students the opportunity to pay down debt; hence, making the student loan problem less likely default based on the subject of study.
