Drive through.

In my experience the food is hot and freshly cooked. I am satisfied with the short waiting time.
I may say that the personnel could be a little more friendly, but that extra chat may be considered a waste of time. Maybe a little smile?
Overall I recommend it.

Great place order food here. There lobby is open. Grea trace go eat here if you fancy mcdonalds.

It amazes me every time how fast they are. I know, fast food, but really, I'm impressed. There's a very, very sweet older woman whose name I can't remember (by no means is she *old* but maybe in her 40s) that usually works the payment window in the drive through in the morning. She's so personable that it's genuinely a delight to see her in the morning.

Better than the McDonald's by me. It was fresh, hot, and hit the spot, until indigestion. Hey, a price to pay.

Mad props to the manager for not giving thing 1 and thing 2 salt packets for their fries with no salt they ordered. Will come back again.

Food is always fresh and tasty. The best floats ever as well. Sometimes the wait is a little lengthy but it's worth it. I think they are short on staff like allot of places so I'll cut them some slack on that one.

I love this McDonald's it was my very first job at age 15 & that was about 20years ago!!!! It was the best McDonald's then and still is now to this day!! They hold very high standards; landscape is beautiful, above and beyond service from staff, always fresh food, your order is usually always right, their bathrooms are even clean!!! Best McDonald's in the area by far!!!

Very pleased with this resturant. The staff was very friendly. I was shocked at how good this location handled my order. I live between 3 McDonalds all a mile away and always have a problem with other two. This location is best my food was prepared to perfection. ( unlike the thrown together piles they call food at OTHER locations) I have never been a satisfied customer of McDonalds until this experience.

Food allways been good and. Rite. And that's alot these days. If some thing is wrong. They. Make it rite. So good deal.

The only thing I didn't like was the kiosk then had to go up to pay. Love the way they made my caramel frappe with extra caramel. I would recommend this Mc Donald's.

I left a 1 star review a year ago. Things have definitely improved. Last few meals were prepared perfect and fresh. Well done!

Proud of the team members. I asked for them to cook my food fresh. They did and it was great. Good service and everyone was working.

I'm an OU student who occasionally stops by this McD's for lunch on the run. Over the last semester (September 2013 on), I swear I could probably roll through the line without coming to a complete stop. I don't think it was always like this, but whatever they've changed has really helped these guys to step up their game. New owner/manager or something maybe? Even before the speed increase, this location NEVER messed up my order. McDonald's will never be fine dining, but for what it is, this location is the one to beat.

This place is just the best! I love everyone who works their, all of them are extremely nice. The store had really fast service, I would recommend this McDonald's over any other McDonald's in the area. 10/10 store.

While most people post reviews to gripe, I also post them when I feel as though everything went wonderfully. Such was the case late last night when I visited your Drive-Thru and was greeted by the most lovely voice, engaging young lady, and thoroughly helpful late shift team. Big KUDOS to Kyah...I filled out that Survey and suspect you'll be hearing from MCD's HQ shortly. YOU are the BEST, and the McDonald's hierarchy has been duly informed that in you they are blessed with an absolute gem of an employee. KEEP THIS POST UP, PLEASE. Who doesn't love Pine Knob!?

Friendly staff, my sausage McMuffin was perfect! I ordered with no cheese, but wanted mustard, the muffin was not over done, and the sausage cooked perfect!

If you go here during breakfast 9/10 there will be a line...but guess what....you pull right through it. I got spoiled here because they are so fast. Fastest one I know. Great staff too!

Very good service, the people working here are very courteous and welcoming. Was able to get the order quickly.
