I’ve lived in Clearwater for a few years and every time I leave this location I leave with a smile. The people behind the counter are extremely helpful as well as patient with all my questions. I once walked in just after they closed and an employee cleaning the PO Box area offered to take my package that wouldn’t have otherwise fit in their receptacle. I’ve been using them more often these days and I couldn’t be happier with the genuine customer service they provide!

Lived in the town for 24 years and they have always done a nice job for me. The local carrier is very friendly and kind and takes the extra effort to tuck my packages under a roof or in between the screen door and door if its raining. I replaced my mailbox with the new larger one and it has really worked out well.

Other than the wacky hours they keep at the post office I have no complaints after all these years.

Other than a pothole along a Curb down the street that blew my Boat Trailer Tire while cutting it close, this seemed to be a newer facility with a crack team of mask wearing postal workers that knew what they were doing when shipping a package via the USPS . Prices seem to be going up, but I am not holding them responsible for this. Bonus Points to the local Political Team.

Really amazing staff! They ship everything on time and when mail gets lost they call back right away to solve the issue. My mail was found on the same day. I really appreciate your service! Thank you!

I'm sad to see that our post office has so many poor reviews. Either I am the "exception" or people only want to write a review when they have a bad experience. We moved to town a few months ago and the home we moved to didn't have a mailbox. After about a month or so of being unable to make it during their business hours I took a day off work and went in to see if we could put one up or if we were required to get a PO Box. The gal working behind the counter stepped away to ask another worker in the back. She had come back to tell me they would need to look into it, took a note with my contact info and reassured me she'd be in touch soon. Within a week she had called me to let me know we could put a box up and the location of where to put it. She even sent me the dimension requirements from her own personal cell phone and continued to be in touch to answer any questions! We are grateful for the customer service we received and her going above and beyond to help us.I personally would have given 5 stars if the hours were more reasonable for those of us already at work when they open and coming home after the have closed.

These guys always try hard. Let them know if there's a problem and they will try to resolve it. I'd give them a five but their hours are not the most convenient for customers, good thing Clear Lake post office is close:)

I agree with the other reviews. . the hours of the Clearwater Post Office are terrible! They open late, take extremely long lunch breaks, and close early. I can't get mail before OR after work. And they are only open 1 hour total on Saturdays.

Very very rude!! If I could give it a negative five stars I would. Better off putting an ups drop box there instead. By far the worst post office around. Becker post office has much better service and very helpful.

This post office is still so frustrating to deal with. Two weeks ago I go in to pick up a package that I thought they forgot to give to my husband the day before. They tell me they have no packages for me. I thought maybe something got messed up with Amazon because I tried to cancel the order but it was too late. I requested a refund with Amazon because I hate dealing with the post office. Two weeks later I'm waiting for a new phone to be delivered. I do an inquiry online about it being late or missing because there has been no new tracking on it in about a week. I get a call from someone saying it's not there yet and they'll put a slip in my box when it is. Not even 10 minutes later she calls again to tell me it just showed up and she's pretty sure it's my phone and it's in my PO box to be picked up...I pick it up after work to find out it's the article of clothing I didn't receive two weeks ago. It's a flimsy package that doesn't even resemble a phone... Not sure why they think it would be a phone but now the UPS and USPS tracking says my phone was delivered but it's actually an article of clothing with a different tracking number.

Wish I could give this place less stars. The people that work here are pretty rude most of the time. I always have mail that comes up missing and it isn't junk mail, it is important mail. When I summit a complaint about it missing they just tell me that it MAY eventually show up. I am fed up with this. My kids lost $50 worth of gift cards that were their Christmas gifts that never showed up and mail from the government has come up missing. Not to mention the hour and a half "lunch break" they have the place closed. Wish there was another route to go to receive mail. I signed up for informed delivery to see what I have coming, this helps me also see what is being lost.

My package per tracking was at the Clearwater Post Office all day on 4/5 per tracking report and to be delivered in 4/6. I asked if I could come to the post office to pick it up on 4/5 and was told, “No I will not be sorting through the packages for you.” I remained calm and polite and stated it was my mail and I would like to pick it up today. She again told me “No mam I will not be going through the packages.” Disappointing that customer service can be whatever they want it to be because I have no choice to take my service anywhere else.

I have been waiting for a package. UPS delivered it to Clearwater USPS to deliver. On the April 1, the carrier come down the driveway to deliver a package, it was not mine. It was a larger box addressed to someone else. It wasn't even the right address. She was told and she left. (NOT THE FIRST TIME). The tracking number for mine said then said it had been delivered. Then, 6 days later the tracking number said it was undelivered and had been returned to sender. I am here. I have been here for 22 1/2 years and am home now with the "Stay at Home" orders. I needed my package which by the way is not large. Now I have to wait around 2 weeks before I can reorder. I will miss out on the savings I had gotten on the item I needed.
We have been getting wrong deliveries for years. We complain and complain. This kind of get better for a short time and then she right back to not reading the addresses. I mean some times they are off by miles.
Please get someone who can read.!!

Clearwater post office has horrible hours. Most people can't get their mail or a package that can't be delivered to their house because of their hours. I have a steep and icy driveway and the Clearwater post office refuses to deliver packages in the winter. But UPS and FedEx don't have a problem walking a package down my driveway in the winter. Their staff is not very nice or helpful. Also a hour and a half for lunch is ridiculous. I hope who ever is in charge over there reads these reviews and changes their policies.
