Okay okay okay if you are driving down Highway 1 anywhere close to Manchester in Mendocino County stop here for the best breakfast on the California line my wife loved the breakfast sandwich that I believe his name was Cody don't mark my word on this and sorry my brother if I messed up your name but your service was Next To None the food was incredible and the view at breakfast was untouchable very good environment very quiet very comforting did I mention the food was off the chain when you finish your food take a walk outside out back and look at the beautiful Coastline right outside the window thank you very much guys we will be back

Lovely place, great views of the sea and night sky(there is a light out at sea that can pollute astrophotos). Very helpful hotel staff. Awesome restaurant, but the waitstaff wasn't the most pleasant.

Made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary with friends. We enjoyed clam chowder and scallops appetizers.. great flavor. We also had the pork cutlet and chicken corden bleu for main courses and were very satisfied. Though the prices were high we felt the quality of food was worth it. The only thing we were disappointed in was choosing the ice cream for dessert. I view behind the restaurant is worth a stop in alone.

Did not disappoint. We had a 5:00 reservation so we could enjoy the sunset…and it was amazing accompanied by lovely cocktails. They were out of the Persimmon martini which was a disappointment. We split an appetizer which was quite a large portion and delicious (the lamb in pastry…can’t remember what it was called). The chicken confit and the pork shank were both amazing and large portions. They were also out of the pot de crème which was equally disappointing which is why I give them 4 stars for service. It would have been better to have been told right away what they were out of. We had a lovely evening. Service was attentive but not rushed. The dining room was full on a Fri night. The background music was great. Highly recommend.

Ocean view. Extensive wine list, spirits and craft cocktails. Menu has a good variety of items. We especially enjoyed the local sole, chicken, pasta and Caesar salad.

Very nice restaurant away from the busy areas. All the dishes our party had were very good. We had friendly service. Beautiful scenery in back.

While the views enough are worth it, the food was consistently good across the soups, salad and mains. This place also has a fantastic selection of single malt whiskeys which was a bonus. Impeccable service topped off a great dining experience. Highly recommend!!

I am going to give it 5 stars because I feel like they are trying and deserve that. With that being said, I feel like we were forgotten most of the time. We had to ask for bread. Every other table got offered sparkling water, and we did not. The young girl pouring the water didn't seem like she wanted to be there like she was put out doing her job.. The food was good. The waitresses were nice. Although they were more talkative to the other tables. The pie was ok. Crust needs to be better. At the end, they took my card and then forgot about us again. It was about 15 minutes before we could get someone's attention to get the payment slip and card.

Oh so yummy! Food and drinks were amazing. The staff was very atitive and friendly. View was gorgeous.

Nice restaurant, good food, disappointed that they put our party of 5 at a table for 4. Too crowded! Hit of the evening was the paella & Pleiades wine , flunk was the mashed potatoes; almost runny, no body. GREAT wine/drinks menu!

I needed to make a quick stop for dinner on my way north. And I stumbled on this place - they have such an incredible location. I got their burger and quite liked it. Service was fast too!

Romantic dinner at our corner table, amazing Rock Cod dinner with Meyer Lemon Cheesecake for dessert. The service was wonderful. Thanks Albion River Inn for another wonderful evening.

Wonderful service, delicious food (pasta made in-house), and beautiful views on the cliffside. Our server was excellent. Trevor at the bar was very helpful in finding the perfect scotch flight.

Best location right overlooking ocean with best views in Mendocino area. Continental menu with curry dishes. Food and service is excellent.

Always incredible food, views, wine, and cocktails! This place never disappoints. Been coming here for over 30 years and it's always one of our stops on vacation. Staff is great, location is amazing, views are incredible and the food is excellent! HIGHLY recommend for an upscale dining experience!

Good food, excellent views and warm host

We have been going to the Albion River Inn restaurant for many, many years. Great food amd great service. A wonderful full bar and great wine list. Good size portions. We live on the Coast and it's always been one of our "Go to" restuarants.

Excellent food, and 150 Whiskies!
I wasn't terribly hungry, so I just got some seafood chowder and the pan-seared scallops (Meuniére Style) - essentially like piccata sauce, which I love. Those two actually filled me up just fine, and I had a glass of Scotch to go with them which complemented them nicely. I sat at the bar and had a nice conversation with the Irish gentleman next to me. A fully pleasurable experience. I'll be back.
