Papa Johns Pizza

Store was so nice and clean . Food was accurate and well put together compared to another location I have ordered from before. I was very impressed at how accurate the order tracker was. Happy to have them in town! 🍕 will be back !

After moving from Plymouth MN to points west, we love seeing Papa John's close by again. This store is great! New and clean with fast service and the taste is spot ON. My kids insist on going back as often as we will allow haha. They say it's "bussin," whatever that means

I'm impressed! Ordered twice now since they opened. Top notch on quality, taste, speed of delivery, and accuracy. Grabbed 8 different items tonight. Cooked perfectly and nothing missing!

Fastest food delivery ever. The delivery driver was also super friendly. The pizza was amazing (as always). Zero issues.

This Papa John’s is the stingiest Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. They spilled a sauce cup in my pizza box and acted like it was a pain for them to give me a new one. Every time I order extra Pepperoncinis they give me one extra, even though I pay for several. This is not how you do business especially in a town like Albertville. Very disappointed wish we had a different Papa John’s near us

Ordered a pizza and there was very little cheese. I paid extra for it. Would’ve been all right except I also asked for some extra Peppercinis and they told me they couldn’t give me any extra unless I paid for them and then asked how much they were and they said they were $.50 for one. Not sure why this place is so cheap. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am absolutely appalled that you would allow people to work at your store who would come behind the Counter of a store that they no longer work at and trespass And try to poach employees instead of just trying to put out flyers and box top to hire your own employees. Definitely not the type of people that I would want to order food from if they would do that whoo knows what they would do to your food

Ordered ahead and showed up only to be told it would be 40 minutes past my order time when this was available. I had my order refunded and left. They didn’t even offer anything for the trouble. I love Papa John’s and was excited they came to Albertville but I hope this isn’t the level of service to expect.

Ordered pizza from them and my 5kid got sick from food poisoning. They should improve more on hand washing before handling food.

Terrible pizza, terrible service. I will stick with Dominos from now on
