I didn't care for the atmosphere because everyone was just scrammed in. The food was wonderful. It was fresh and delicious. The service was great. Everyone had a smile and you don't see that very often anymore.

Always a great place to eat. The food is delicious and the service can't be beat. Have never had such a friendly, cheerful , helpful, service.
Always my go to place except for Sundays and I respect them for that and I'll keep coming back!

I've had Chick-fil-A multiple times but this location by far was the best! Great customer service and the food was so fresh!

One of the best Chick-Fil-A, heck best fast food restaurants I've ever eaten in. Usually always crowded, but despite that, the employees maintain everything really well and with ease. Food brought to your table very quickly, employees walk around to ask if you need drink refills or anything else as if it were a sit-down restaurant. Bravo! Nothing but great things to say about this Chick-Fil-A. Other fast food restaurants of this caliber should take notes.

This was the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Very impressed with the amount of staff. Everyone was friendly. I tried the side salad with avocado lime dressing It was amazing! We went to the store and bought a bottle of it.

This location is our dream Cream 🍦 place after shopping at TJ's and Dr. Visits. We love the ice cream at CF it is super delicious. It's up in the top 3 of fastfood chains. Our #1. We also visit other locations for the other stuff on the menu, which I might add is one of the best chicken restaurants out there. Colonel Sanders ain't got nothing on these guys 😂. Popeyes is close and Zaxby's hangs in there. But I don't think anybody can beat Chick-fil-A. I'll be stopping by here on our way home from surgery for a little pick me up treat!!! The most elaborately planned out drive thru I have ever seen! They planned out a social distance drive thru that was careful and worked outstandingly. I got an amazing classic chicken sandwich, and honestly it was so delicious! Crispy, buttery, salty but not too salty... flavors that I love about Chick Fil A! Drive through was so fast and efficient! I didn’t appreciate the elderly lady cutting me off though where the two lanes intersect. Jokes on her I got my food first. Anyways food was hot and staff was friendly

Wow! I never wanted to stop because it's always packed and I didn't understand the hype. Well... I'm a fan of this place now!! Not only is the food delicious with great customer service but they are fast. Finally a fast food that's actually fast!! The app is amazing, you sit down and order comes right in. I never thought a fast food should have five stars but Chick-fil-A proved me wrong.

Always love chikfila. This location has excellent food and amazing customer service. When you dine in they come to you and ask if you need anything which we do not see in any other fast food places which is pretty nice.

Unfortunately the prices are high, but if it makes you feel any better, it's well worth the money you spend for the quality food you're getting. Hands down the very best chicken sandwich anywhere in the states and I will say the same for their lemonade. I don't like to drink lemonade but it is out of this world! Handmade daily with fresh lemons and you can tell.
If you haven't tried it yet, ask for the Chick-fil-A sauce... I didn't even know they had their own sauce, it too is really good!
The only downfall is their products are in such high demand, there is always a long line no matter what time of day you go. The good news is they've got all that figured out and the line moves very quickly, So don't be discouraged if you're not even in the parking lot and you're in line, you'll get your food freshly made and in a decent amount of time. I haven't tried to park and go inside this particular one because it's always very busy and I usually am too. This restaurant is so popular. They built another one across the street less than a mile away.

They had a consistent long line in the drive thru. Things were moving fast. Lots of friendly, helpful staff.

They are prompt and food is delicious! Very clean place

Just so you know the new Chick-fil-A is across the street on the other side closer to i-75. It was worth the trip. The people are so pleasant and the food is fantastic. They were able to make me a customized breakfast of lightly scrambled eggs. Here is a picture of the new store

Drive thru moves quickly! Don’t be discouraged by the typical long line at lunch time! I am always pleasantly surprised by how quickly the line moves with zero issues with my order. The staff is always extra friendly, food is always fresh.

We eat at Chick-fil-A very often. We go to 2 locations depending on where our errands bring us. The food is excellent at both establishments. I do find that this one is a bit scrunched up in seating and it just doesn't look as "nice" as the one in Lake City. Regardless food and service are great and that's what we came for!
The only bad issue here is the setting in the location. Traffic is backed up regardless of the time. It cuts into the road that services the rest of the strip mall. People waiting on line for the drive through block traffic. Cars wait on line to drive to the stores unaware that they are actually behind people wanting to make a left or right (depending on direction they entered parking lot) into the drive through lanes. Yes they are always that crowded. We come in closer to the stores and park in general parking and walk to the restaurant. It's also dangerous as we have encountered impatient people who speed up their cars when they finally have the opportunity to get through to where they came to the mall for. We are super careful walking across that road.

Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A they are always fully staffed very friendly and serve good food fast

Lately there has been some inconsistencies in the Chick-fil-A restaurants. Not at this one! I had the opportunity to visit twice in the past week and both visits were what it is supposed to be at Chick-fil-A!

Joshua is the best drive-thru attendant/waiter person we’ve ever had! Exceptional service!
