Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

Awesome food experience! The bbq was so delicious and tender! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich plate and the fish sandwich plate and both had amazing flavor and cooked to perfection. The biscuits are great too! I did notice that the cooks bring out the plates instead of your server which I love that system. The place is so personable and the food taste excellent. Price fits and maybe even on the low side for the quality served. My first experience at this place was a hit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ will definitely stop when traveling through again!

We were driving through on a trip across the country. We needed a place to accommodate our dog. They allowed dogs on the patio. Nate was our server. He was fabulous. Above and beyond. Thank you for your hospitality and delicious food.

They server was really nice at first, but kind of fake. Then, another person brought the food. Then after a loooooong wait, the original server finally came by again. We thought he had forgotten about us. The brisket sandwich was 5 times too salty.

Know it's a barbecue place, but good Gosh their burgers are amazing. Hot fries, cold beer, great burger and a basket of these delicious little cheese muffins served with butter.

Often in Memphis your told to go look for one of the Mom & Pops BBQ joints for the good stuff. Here is a great place to go for a larger experience. More room, bring a crowd and a pretty wide selection to fill every one needs. Good BBQ and amazingly consistent from store to store, both in the quality of the food and service. Very pleased.

Laneko was 1 of the best servers I've had in a long time ,we came in from the rain wet and cold
They don't serve coffee ,but she gave us her personal coffee with a cup of hot water cream and sugar. That's was one of the sweetest things any server has ever done since I've been dining out .Great person

I love ❤ the cheddar biscuits!! I got the ribs 2 pound. This was enough food for 2 people. The slaw is the kind that isn’t made with mayo which I like very much. Baked bean were awesome. Mac and cheese was on point too. Don’t forget to get the onion rings !🤤🤤

Since the new manager Brett steped in this place is back to its outstanding food that they are known for. Daniel/Danny always takes great care of me when I go in and do a takeout order. He is very sweet and always makes sure my order is right and yummy. Their BBQ chicken spud is my favorite!

Just driving by this place will make you hungry! Real wood smoked BBQ, southern style. The location is on Germantown Pkwy, less than a half mile from I-40, so if you're traveling through the Memphis area mark this on your list. You can order online and pick up/ curbside, they have a drive through and dine in is open as well. The menu offers many options, kids meals, party packs and the offer catering too.
The food is delicious but beware! The cheese biscuits are very addictive! Save room room for dessert banana pudding & pies ....oh my! The staff is always friendly the service is a little slower, each order is prepared upon order, but it's definitely worth it.
I like to treat myself to the "Pig in the garden" salad and I think you will like this cute place if you're in the area.

Stopped in for lunch on our way through. The cheddar Biscuits were really good. They had a nice selection on tap. I had the loaded Mac n cheese with pulled pork. It was a good sized serving and was DELICIOUS 😋

Everything was great the food was amazing. The server seemed to be new, and was very hard to understand, but was really nice and helpful. We will absolutely go back!

Great food, great atmosphere and great service!

We’re traveling thru, staying at a nearby hotel. We did the drive thru here. Service was friendly and fast, they got the order right, and included tableware and napkins so we could eat in our room.

The food was good. Brisket was tender, loaded Mac and cheese was a large serving and tasty. Collards we’re decent, not as good as my homemade, but we’ll prepared. Coleslaw was a surprisingly great side. Nice vinegar bite and crunch and fresh.

I’d go back.

Our server Lola made the experience fantastic! We we’re visiting from out of state. The BBQ was so delicious!! I had the chopped salad with vinaigrette and my husband had the Pig on a Bum sandwich. So, so delicious!! My salad had chicken on it and it was roasted and moist. Excellent all around. Go to Jim ‘N Nick’s when in Memphis!

Brisket was excellent! If you’re looking for some great brisket you’ve found your place in Memphis. Quite possibly my favorite place to eat Brisket in the area. Portions are large and the food has been on point! Overall my experiences here have been good and I’d definitely recommend!

Of course when you're in Memphis Tennessee . You got to get some barbecue . Had a delivery at Costco . Googled to see what restaurants were nearby ., and saw Jim 'N Nicks's was in walking distance. From the initial call to see , if they was open. ( Nothing but a great experience.) A young lady by the name of Brittany answer the phone , and inform me that the restaurant was open , and that I could use drive-thru or curb service . I informed Brittany that I was walking from Costco . And I would need a menu . Because I had never ate at the establishment . Brittney said no problem , and met me at the door with menu , and took care of me till the end . ( Very sweet and professional young lady ) The food was great! !!!!! Definitely made a returning customer. ...

Fast casual bbq joint with a small time family feel. The two meat with chicken and white barbecue sauce and smoked sausage with collards and mac. Oh, the cheddar biscuits!!! Decent price, great bourbon and draft selection. Will definitely come back when in Memphis. I came in solo with business, the bartender was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about bourbons and the menu.

First time to eat here. Food was great. Love the service and set up.

Their cheddar biscuits are to die for! Had the best meal here. Got the burger, the pork plate, with collard greens and a salad. Highly recommend them.
