La Poblanita Grocery

Amazing staff and selection!! They have tons of food and produce and milk and drinks and fresh meats at a deli in the back! They serve tacos out front that are so delicious and surprisingly huge! Very decently priced and they just opened today! It’s about $3 per taco and to add cheese it’s .50c very affordable. And they have a sauce and toppings bar that is so extensive with roasted peppers, salsas, guacamole sauce, onions, pico and cilantro! I got 3 tacos and a larger chocolate coconut beverage from the cooler.

One of the best places to have tacos. They have lots of sauce options a great pico and half jalapeños place is great. Please try and eat right away you won’t be disappointed.

I buy my meat there, especially Pata de Vaca. It is always very good!
La Poblanita is a lovely little Mexican grocery store with fresh meat! They also have yummy Mexican food, hot and ready to eat!

Best tacos in town. Better than taco bell when it comes to literally every aspect of the food. Highly recommend if your looking for an incrediblly delicious dinner that is made right in front of you!

Just as good as the original but feels a littler larger. Huge selection of grocery items that’s you’d find in Mexico or Central America. You name it they likely have it.

Fresh taco stand out front so a great quick meal spot. Huge toppings bar with many different fresh salsas, chiles, pico, etc.

Excellent addition to the area. Primarily Spanish speakers here but everyone I’ve talked to also speaks English. So stop by even if to look around. Cool spot.

i highly recommend! my co worker told me to go get some tacos here and i did. i would walk pass but havent tried it until today. The store is so nice clean and well stocked! The staff is super friendly! The tacos were sooo good! All the toppings were fresh too! definitely gonna check out the groceries section more!

This place will be problematic to me, you see, I went in for ONE singular pepper and left with an ENTIRE bag of merchandise. Great selection. Great staff!

And I've had the street tacos, I'm not a fan of corn tortillas and felt they sucked up all the flavors. Once I ate the taco filling w/o the corn tortilla...it was incredible! So good! Hopefully, soon they'll offer flour tortillas.

And! Contrary to another review, staff do speak and understand English, they're just really quiet when they talk to native English speakers, which, no worries. I know SOME Spanish but I'm too afraid to speak it in front of native Spanish speakers in case I don't pronounce something right.

Oh, and if you're a first timer, having anxiety about how to order food, just tell the lady at check out how many tacos you want, with or without cheese and that's it. Then you pay and she gives you a note to take outside where you hand it off and tell the guy at the grill what kind of meat you want on each taco, then hit up that condiments bar because it is amazing and so fresh!

Delicious taste of authentic tacos and carnitas. Great atmosphere for shopping and family oriented.

The tacos are crazy good. I didn't get groceries but there's authentic imported stuff in the store and a delicious taco stand out front. And they're hardly half the price of any other legit taco places around

Fantastic source for Mexican and Central American groceries, including fruits, vegetables, meat, and canned goods not available elsewhere. The tacos available at the stand outside are delicious and at a very good price.

Really cool spot. Ambridge is becoming more diverse with a variety of new restaurants and bars all along Merchant Street. Will return. Excellent street tacos with fresh and homemade toppings.

Tacos and quesadillas are excellent! Was visiting from CO and this was a nice little slice of authentic food/market options that I’m used to out there. Will be back for sure to get some aloe water and some Al pastor!!!!!
