Good Advice and some knowledge of inventory but I give an a on that and very helpful

Had exactly what I needed. Was greeted right away as I entered. Store looked clean and most importantly they had exactly what I needed to get my 95 jeep cherokee xj running again.

Had to stop here on while on a girl's trip. The employees were so helpful and kind. They checked everything out, showed us what to buy, and gave us peace of mind. I appreciate their knowledge!

Don't go there looking for parts to a Chrysler Sebring. ...i think i already got them all! Ha! This car is junk but at least these guys always had the parts i needed. In stock. And the tools. And even let me install some parts right there in the parking lot. I like these humans. That's why my thumb is up & i nod in approval.

Went to AutoZone today to get a couple of parts. As I went in Trendon greeted me and offered to help me find what I was looking for. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he made my trip there one that will keep me coming back. The store was well kept and had what I needed in stock. This is the best parts store Around.

I'm sorry I can't remember the young man's name that helped me today but I definitely wanted to say thank you again to him! My battery had gone bad & I couldn't turn my car off! So, he recommended a good one, I bought it & he was nice enough to install it for me so I could get back to work. Thank you again for such Great customer service!

Workers are always helpful and friendly, the store is always very clean. If you have a question and one employee doesn't know they will get the correct answer for you... I must add Beth is an amazing employee and extremely knowledgeable...

Walked in needing a trailer hitch for my vehicle. John M was able to find exactly what I needed for the job I was doing. Everyone was super friendly. He even ended up finding a discount for me! Thank you again, John M! Great experience!

It was 92° and we were 325 miles away from home on a late Saturday afternoon pulling a travel trailer. The truck wouldn’t start so when I did jump it I took it to AutoZone to have it checked out. Testing showed that it needed a new battery because the reserve on the battery was extremely low. The battery was still under warranty so it was replaced at no charge (great warranty). Justin, the store manager, installed the battery and after installation we started it to see how it would turn over. It started, but it was still lagging hard so Justin tested the starter and alternator also. The starter showed to be weak and going bad. Justin called a few different places to check on installing the starter only to find that either no one was open or they wouldn’t be able to get me in until the following Tuesday. I purchased a new starter and Justin was kind enough to install the starter in the parking lot and got us on our way. I can’t say enough good things about the service that we received from Justin and the counter employees. Their actions and know how saved us from disastrous weekend of worrying about mechanical issues with our tow vehicle. Thanks so much.

Folks here put a new battery in my car after I had it towed there. We did have to order my battery, but they had it in within 24 hours (even with the icy weather). Everyone in the shop was super friendly and the swap-out was fast. They also helped me clear the ice off my windshield.

Marc H is amazing at helping me with my battery putting it back in and putting it back together. I'm so happy. I'll be back Sunday for my new battery

I was absolutely floored by the amazing service my husband and I received this evening from the two gentlemen working. We didn't even have to ask before they came and helped us find the right parts for an '86 VW Cabriolet
They also took the time to look up what else we might need in our eventual restoration of the old car.

I've been to autozone several times over the past few days and all of the employees were amazing. The amazing manager was a woman who helped me figure out exactly what was wrong with my car, what what I should do to fix it and what parts the store had available to help me. Today, an employee even offered to help me install a new battery in my car during the pouring rain!

A few months ago I was distraught because my vehicle battery died out of nowhere and I had no clue what to do. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my battery replaced not only did they price match a local shop for this battery but they also drove to my apartment to replace it. I don’t know what I would have done without them, I’m new to the area and had absolutely nobody to replace to battery for me and my car was stuck. I highly recommend this location to people hands down one of the best services I’ve received in this area!

AutoZone has some terrific employees at this location. Always ready to give a hand even if it's out at your vehicle. I can't tell you how many times I've come here and gotten exactly what I needed at a fair price and enjoyed positive, friendly and knowledgeable sales associates!

Staff has always been pretty friendly and knowledgeable, most recently I needed a new battery and they put it on for me right there. Only place I go here in town.
