This was the first time we bought from Home Outlet and we are very satisfied. We went first to check out the quality of the bathroom vanities we were looking for after shopping on the website, even though it’s a bit of a drive. The price seemed too good to be true. When we entered the store Ricky was immediately helpful and knowledgeable answering all the questions we had. Pleasantly surprised at the quality we went home to double check our measurements and purchased them online with a 20% off coupon. When we went back to pick up the vanities we opened and inspected the one that came preassembled. We got no hassle there and they helped us unpack the product. There was a small ding in the side so Ricky suggested the solution of ordering a skin which came in quickly at no charge since the cabinet was damaged and called just a week later when it came in. Our whole experience was just a pleasure and I would definitely return there for future purchases. Great prices, great staff. Thanks, Ricky.

We just purchased bathroom vanities, a linen closet and marble sink tops. The quality and all-wood construction of the items is excellent. We also sat with the staff and planned out a complete set of kitchen cabinets that we are in the process of ordering. We had previously planned the same kitchen at a major home improvement store and the prices from Home Outlet came in at 1/3 of the overall cost.
Our experience with the staff was also excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. High praise to Joe for his help in the process. He made our whole experience stress free and rewarding. He even followed up to give us a couple of extra installation tips at home. Thanks Joe.

Home Outlet is top notch, the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Jim, Brenda, Joe, Andy, are the best. I am in the store at least twice a month, my company will not go anywhere else because of this team. I appreciate everything that they do and they will go beyond their duties to make sure you are happy before, during and after your visit. I recommend them to all.

We just bought our new kitchen cabinets here. They have a great layout service to help in planning. We did some alterations in our kitchen so we simply could not just replace the existing cabinets with new ones. These guys helped us redesign our kitchen and were great! We are thrilled with the quality and price of our new kitchen! When was the last time you went to a home store and actually found pleasant, helpful workers? You certainly do here! These guys are fantastic! We've been in and out of this store several times now and the great service is a rule, not an exception. I highly recommend this store.

Love this store!! In Baton Rouge, LA, it's called Surplus Warehouse. I've spent thousands of dollars there. Without a doubt, the best price for the best quality materials.

Absolutely love this place. I flip houses for a living and surplus warehouse is a godsend! I live a mile from Lowe’s but still make the hour trip to surplus warehouse on a weekly basis. The prices are unbeatable, products are equal to if not better than all the other home improvement stores, and the staff are great! The store manager James is a great, friendly guy. Super responsive to emails and follows up when he says he will. Brent has also been super helpful. I saw another review that said they are short on staff but that’s all home improvement stores. I can never find an employee at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Only thing I would suggest is bring a cold water or mini fan if you plan to be there for a while on a hot day. It can get a little toasty in there.

Overall great experience. I will continue to use them as much as I can. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to save some money without sacrificing quality of the product!

Great service and staff! They close a 6pm I got there at 5:59pm and they loaded me up and had me on my way with no issues!

Contrary to reviews we had a pleasant experience. Theyre not as attentive when you are just looking around but when we walked up front after we found what we wanted the gentlemen was very helpful. Offered to load up our purchase from the back and brought it to the loading door. Even went back and replaced a damaged piece we spotted no problem. Also 10% off whole order with military discount! Will go back again. Great prices.

James was wonderful. I came to the store with a home depot design for cabinets and he took it upon to redesign the kitchen. This was my first time to the store and felt as if I was a regular. Great prices for good quality and great service! I would definitely shop there again.

My white Shaker kitchen cabinets were purchased here and shipped directly to my home. They are high quality, and look just beautiful. James (the manager) was incredibly helpful, and very responsive. I provided the exact measurements and after multiple conversations, James worked out the layout. It all fit perfectly. I do have to replace a drawer glide because it makes a slight scraping sound, but that was addressed immediately. All in all, I am very pleased with the service and price here!

Awesome as always you just have to be expert enough to know what you're looking for and have your measurements ready it is a warehouse not a convenience store. Surplus Warehouse has the best vinyl flooring pricing I have seen in Orlando area. They also have excellent cabinets very stylish well priced and made in America.

Many products to choose from. The prices are much better on several products that I would have purchased at the bigger home repair stores.If you haven't been here you should diffenitly check it out. I've purchased from here more than once and if I'm in need of what they stock I will return and purchase from here again. I will return and I would recommend this establishment to anyone doing a home repair or renovation project.

They have a good solid working knowledge of their products and planning programs. These guys took their time in helping me figure out what I needed and proper placement. Good prices too!
