I know that there are some issues with this CVS store based on previous reviews. But I have a good thing to say!

I just moved back to Apopka this week and in the last week I have called several times at peak times. Both times, Flora answered the phone.

In all my years, as a CVS customer, I have never been on the phone with a CVS representative that was better than her.

Even though I know she was crazy busy based on the wait time to get the call through, she took the time to get what I needed taken care of. She was calm and patient and even offered extra information and extra advice to make things easier for me.

THAT is what customer service should be! Thank you Flora for making my hectic week just a bit easier!!!!

Journeying to CVS for toilet paper with a two dollar coupon for Scott’s tissue. I was incredibly disappointing when there was none of it on any of the shelves and there wasn’t any on outside racks throughout the store. So after being thoroughly sure there wasn’t any finally I came to the conclusion that there wasn’t none. Devastated and broke I started to make my way towards the checkout with Total Home substituting. I was moving at a slow pace, and the stores associate came over and asked me what it is there was a problem, or if I had an issue she could help with. I told her that I came all the way to the store specifically for the Scotts tissue and unfortunately didn’t have it disrupting my shopping trip. She offered to go take a look in stock and take her own timeout to personally go searching the back to find the exactly product I wanted and then brought it back. Wow it was completely unexpected but totally appreciated. Maria was superb at providing great customer service. Thanks Miss Maria.

I Go To CVS Pharmacy A Whole Lot To Get My Medications And My Vitamins And Sometimes I Buy Other Things Here At CVS. CVS Is A Great Place To Go To On Main Street In Apopka Florida.

Ed and his staff are amazing. It’s a tough time for many of us right now. So I ask everyone to have a little patience and grace when you contact them. The pharmacy is busy as they serve a large part of Apopka. However I’ve always been able to get them on the phone. And more times than not the staff has went over and beyond to hold with me on the phone or contact my dr. office to make sure my prescriptions were filled. They’re not perfect but the good out weighs the bad for me so they’re my local choice...Renee

This has been my neighborhood CVS for 4 years now and I’ve had some not so good experiences in the past BUT today I went and an “almost” another bad experience ended very pleasant. CVS has a new Manager Ed and he is awesome. He’s professional, attentive, and holds staff to a new standard. I encourage all my neighbors who left to go back and give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent service clean store had everything I needed and friendly helpful staff

We recently moved to Zellwood and have now been frequenting Apopka's downtown CVS. We found the same good service and well-maintained store as in our previous neighborhoods. Last week, symptoms dictated I needed. help and I made an online appointment with the Minute Clinic. What a great experience! In less than 10 minutes, I was checked over and diagnosed with a script sent to my pharmacy and notes sent to my doctor - and all done with good conversation. I highly recommend their services.

Love love love the Pharmacy staff here!! I don't understand why people give them such low rating :( Amanda and the girl that works over night are the best so sweet and I will miss them so much. It's nice to go somewhere And NOT be judged and treated like your trash ( I have a REALLY strong narcotic ) and I never had a problem. For the rest of you giving them low rating, it's a busy store be patient with them, go in the morning. People don't understand what they have to put up with..and the kind of people that go in there. WORKING IN RETAIL IS NOT EASY!! Maybe because I'm patient and understanding and don't give them an attitude that's why they never treated me this way. JS

The pharmacy is always busy but the staff is amazing. The front service staff is always helpful and smiling. I would rather drive the distance to shop here then the 3 CVS stores I have right beside me in Lake County. For the most part, they have everything I need in stock.

Today I've been for the second time in the MinuteClinic of this pharmacy. Both times I have been treated by Kaylee and the experience is excellent. She is kind and careful in the details, the treatment couldn't be better. This is not my closest CVS, but it's definitely my primary MinuteClinic location.

Hope the store manager gets to see this My doctor ordered Rx for folic acid on 7/12 for delivery After numerous calls to pharmacy and a lot of frustration on 7/20 pharmacist Josephine got my prescription to me She went up and beyond Thanks to her!!!

They are always friendly and helpful every time I go in. Whenever I have had questions, they've gone above and beyond to help me. It's a nice store with a happy staff!

Call at 6 am and had a very good experiance with staff very helpful
