We love to use North Idaho Tires. They have saved us several times from being ripped off by other nearby service centers. They are honest, helpful, and kind. We will keep using them for sure.

We had a slow leak in one of our pickup tires. We took it here today (a Friday afternoon) and they fixed it right away and never even charged us. Great guys are working here. We will be coming back when we need new tires or wheels.

Great asset to Spirit Lake. Love being able to use a local shop vs. a national chain. Visited them today with an unexpected hole in my tire and they jumped on it right away even though it was about closing time. Also have had them do oil changes on both of my vehicles. Highly recommend.

Did a great job diagnosing an issue for me, kept me in the loop the entire process and fixed it for what I felt was a very fair price and extremely quickly.

It does pay to love dogs as they are definitely part of the landscape and wonderful ambassadors! Service was exceptional, it is obvious the owners are hands on because everything has a very personal touch! If a service/tire center could ever be considered a destination event, this is the one! If there was a 6 star rating it would be warranted!

Bought 4 tires. Balanced and installed as agreed. I mentioned that my truck was "hard starting". Young man found that the fuel filter was cracked. I bought a new one. He installed it along with new fuel line. NO CHARGE! These are very capable and thoughtful people. I recommend them very highly.

Absolutely great customer service. Dropped off a flat tire that was not holding air. Picked it up and there was no charge. It was leaking from the bead. Just needed to be cleaned and reset. Offered to pay $10 and they would not accept any money so I bought a trailer tire. I will continue to get my tires here as long as the customer service is good.

Awesome folks! Even though they were pressed for time, they still went the distance to take care of me! Highly recommended! No more perfection tires. I will be a repeat customer and I suggest the same for everyone else.

Very friendly and helpful and fast. The owner even gave us a free loaner tire for a day with just a handshake until the tires I ordered came in. Going back for an alignment at a better price than other place I checked.
