Since the last delivery driver retired, there have been 4 miss mailed parcels to my address and several neighbors report the same. The last 4 months we see different drivers doubling back on the route to correct missed drops. The summer heat in those noisy diesel trucks is brutal! The main tall man at the Office is functional yet expressionless. At least he isn't fake, pretending to like his work or people who visit. Its a tad obvious though.

Delivery driver didn’t deliver my package on the expected day due to “no access to delivery receptacle”, even though I was home all day and never saw him go by. The next day he delivers my package, I go to grab it immediately after delivery and it is completely empty of its contents, shoved into my mailbox (if the package had its contents in it it wouldn’t have fit in the mailbox and would have had to be delivered to my porch). Why would you deliver a completely empty and opened package? I have submitted a missing mail search and submitted an insurance request and haven’t heard a single thing back. My package cost a lot of money! Horrible postal man and horrible service!

The one star is for the ease of going to a small post office. Apparently, the government doesn’t hire on personality or manners.

We try not to deal with this po. Worst clerk I have ever had to deal with. Surly attitude. Nasty disposition. If we have to mail a package we go to slingerlands po by price chopper. Very friendly there. Mentioned to the clerk there once that we drive to slingerlands rather than deal with our own po because of the nasty clerk. He said "you must be talking about mean mike" even other post offices know about him.

The big unhappy clerk who is almost always there is the most unpleasant, rude and aggravating postal worker I have ever encountered. He is abrupt and unfriendly and makes the experience of going there
an unnecessary dismal event.
He recently gave me 14 single dollar bills as change for my twenty and refused my request for larger bills. Instead, he faulted me for paying with a twenty.
The guy never acknowledges a " thank you" and he simply does not belong waiting on customers.
Why is he allowed to continue with this horrible attitude? Other comments say the same

Mike who works there has always been rude . His tone is derogatory and his customer service is awful. He always makes me feel like I'm a bother to him . I have tried a few times to give him another chance as this location is close for me. I will not be giving him another try as he wouldn't tape a small box shut or tape the label on it. He gave me scotch tape. I hope the tape holds . He is a miserable man. God bless him

Poor customer service. Went to the counter to drop off mail and the older gentleman that works there wouldn’t take what I was handing to him and instead gestures for me to put it on the counter (and then he’d pick it up and put it in the right bin). Every time I have been there he has been obnoxious to every customer. He gives USPS a bad name.

Male that works upfront is unbearable rude. Dread having to enter the building, as it is known that this guy is miserable at an unbelievable consistency. Overall, guy is very sensitive stay away. If you dare to ask a question, guy will go into a full tailspin.

Don't go there. The male clerk is nasty and could care less about customer service. They have lost 3 of my packages and didn't own up to it, which put me out over $70! Then they had the nerve to email me a survey regarding their service. I will use Guilderland Post Office from now on. Stay away from Voorheesville PO if you can.

The worst post office in existence. My carrier is trash. It’s a gamble whether or not my “out for delivery” items will even be delivered. Some days it’s “oh I don’t have a secure place to deliver it” ( even though someone is home 24/7/365) and other days I guess the top of my mailbox on busy route 85a, where anyone can stop their car and steal it is just fine. The guy in the office is a massive jerk, always making up some kind of lie for reasons why I shouldn’t be there picking up my packages that should have been delivered. I swear it’s like they go out of their way to give bad service. Once I was asked how I knew my box was there if I didn’t have a slip. Geez, I wonder how electronic tracking works? Also, maybe I’d have the slip if the carrier even bothered stopping to deliver it OR anyone’s mail at my address either.. This isn’t me complaining about one instance either; this is several times a week.....

Wife owns a business we mail thousands of dollars of materials yearly through usps never an issue was in the area and decided to mail out 2 packages from VO the clerk was aggervated he had to deal with me the packages were slightly larger then 8x11 the packages were prepared correctly seriously he was mad I walked in and he had to deal with a customer. Then in the middle of my transaction he ranted to another custumer about using a usps box incorrectly. Never returning to the VO-PO.

Literally useless, I have to drive to the one in Guilderland if I don't want to be severely disappointed.

Constantly getting other peoples mail and not ours. PO misdelivered meds to wrong address and it took days to finally get. Not the first time pkgs were misdelivered. Recently, some mail that was on hold got delivered while we were away and mail that was held did not get delivered until we called although it was supposed to be auto-resumed. Diane was helpful but Mike was extremely terse/rude when I had to call again because we are still missing mail. Mail is still missing.

OMG, just go to Guilderland so you don't have to deal with the guy who works at the counter. What a miserable person. Most recently, he hassled me over a package I was sending to a service member in Iraq. Thanks, man!

I have never experienced a post office quite like this. Excuses, delivery issues, will not deliver unless they feel like it, mail goes into the wring box, had debit cards delivered and lost four times, packages missing and it never really gets better
