The staff is friendly and the food is great. Definitely recommend the steak n cheese from here If your looking for the best one around gardiner/augusta.

NO FISHY OR OLD OIL TASTE TO CHICKEN ONION RINGS OR FRIES. FOOD WAS COOKED PERFECTLY. PORTIONS WAY MORE THEN WE COUKD EAT IN ONE SITTING. WOULD PREFER LARGER PIECES OF TENDERS VS SMALLER CHOPPED CHICKEN BUT WAS STILL VERY GOOD. ASKED ABOUT CLAMS...RIGHT NOW THEY ARE USING "IOSWICH CLAMS" DUE TO MARKET CONDITIONS. WE PREFER THE IPSWICH CLAMS LIKE THE ONES USED AROUND ESSEX COUNTY..I.E. THE CLAM BOX..WOODMANS ETC. SO...WE ARE HAPPY ABOUT THAT! IF YOU NEED A TASTY FRIED FOOD FIX....THIS IS THE SPOT. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

Had a great meal with my friend and definitely going back. My clams were so good not greasy at all! Will give a go with the fish there too!!

You simply cannot find better haddock “chowdah” anywhere else in the world! Same goes for the haddock sandwich. And if you haven’t tried a peanut butter chocolate Whoopie pie, it will seriously change your life. The staff is friendly and courteous, cozy environment, wherever you’re coming from plan a stop here, you won’t regret it! (you may want to come early as the whoopie pies tend to sell out.)

My thoughts...good service, better than average seafood, ordered fried haddock sandwich x2 and fried clams and scallops.

So good!! I am from the Midwest, and love fresh fried seafood. This is some of the best I have tried. I ordered the mixed sea lunch basket, which included shrimp, scallops,, whole clams, haddock, and fries. Everything was delicous.

This was one first time dining here and we had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was speedy and friendly. We'll definitely be coming in again! Have already recommended to friends!

I was pleasantly surprised this evening. My mother was very pleased with her fried clam basket, including the cole slaw and she is a picky one.
I gave the seafood stew another go and it was much better more flavorful that when I tried it a cpl yrs ago.
I also had the salt and vinegar wings, which were nicely cooked but were a bit lacking in salt and vinegar flavor.

The young lady taking the orders by phone and checking people out would do well with some customer service training.

Atmosphere is as best as can be considering the amount of dining space they have. Food, portions, wait time parking, price and customer service is great! If you want a different atmosphere; order to go, and drive to a place you enjoy. The food is still great!

Authentic Maine biggest clams ever!

The best over the counter seafood basket and onion rings around. The princess have remained stable,but they serve a smaller portion to compensate the inflation.

Their seafood chowder is about the best around. If you go there try it.

Great fried food at decent prices. They have a family meal deal for chicken basket, fries, coleslaw, roll, and a liter of soda. Quick service, nice staff, and even a small area with a few tables to sit down if you like, Food is excellent and nice staff. Parking is easy and located right next to local hardware store. Easy to find with a bright blue sign out by the road. Highly recommend.

These guys have the best food this side and other side of the Mississippi I have never had a bad meal there the employees are always friendly the workers always seem like they love to work there very clean the portions are big plenty of food I am a big guy and I am very full when I leave the prices are great

Amazing shrimp, scallops, clams, haddock and onion rings. Yup, we ordered them all and had way too much food but it was delicious!! Cooked to perfection.
