Friendly staff and great service! A lot closer than USPS. Hours of the center use to be horrible but now they've stepped up and have become amazing! I don't ever remember having problems with the staff or service.

They are not perfect but they get the job done.
Sometimes you see they are frustrated, I think because it's always busy and people in general can be impatient too.

Please give these guys a credit for what they do.

Closed and it's 637pm on a thursday?? Hours say open til 7pm..... looks like they changed hours to close at 6pm. Updated from 1 to 3 stars.

Since I open my mailbox on this post office I didn't receive any good service with them they put your mail anywhere the want on the office.not on mailbox they didn't give you a key to open the mail box

Dropped off a FedX package on Thursday at 5:30 and was not told that it would not go out until Friday at 5. I was not given a receipt which was a concern. I returned to the store to pick up my package and bring to an official FedX store. If you ship FedX is isn't guaranteed that your package will go out as you expected.

I would’ve gave them zero stars if I could have. I called because I need to confirm my identity to change my address to my new place and I wanted to know if they do that there. I don’t get out of school until 4:30pm everyday & then have to get my kids so I will never have time to do it during the week. The woman didn’t speak English and wouldn’t let me speak to her supervisor or someone who could understand what I was asking. Instead she hung up on me & proceeded to not answer the phone the 30+ times I called after because she knew it was me. Disgraceful! Idk what this country is coming to but this is pathetic!

The package was returned because the lady working there printed a wrong shipping type label but blamed on me using the wrong shipping box therefore do not give us a refund. I brought the package to randolph post office and discivered that shipping fee is three times more than usps would charge for the same package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This store needs to be shut down. Their customer service is very bad. And the owner appears to use his mail box services to steal customer packages and claims he never received them. He is nothing but a common petty thief. Stay away from this store.

Rude staff. I came here to pick up money from Western Union. They had a sign on the computer that said Western Union cash only. The woman sat on her phone and watched me fill out a Western Union form and waited until I got to the counter to tell me the computer was down. When I explained to her the sign was misleading, she gave me a really rude attitude. So I gave it right back to her. She needs to go back to whatever country she came from before she starts giving Americans a hard time. I will now tell all of my friends and family never to come to this place. She was such a rude *****! Furthermore, I will be reporting her to her boss.

I went to the store to ship 2 boxes via UPS. I politely ask the lady behind the counter to use her tape gun to tape up.two small boxes, she replied rudely"it will be $4 per box to use my tape., and if that's not good for you, go else where"...I did just that ..whole roll of tape @ dollar tree for $1.33 right around the corner.

Wish I could give zero stars .I call to ask a question the lady quickly cut me off the phone before I finish talking.No manners she need to go back to school to learn manners .

My package is missing. Does not show up as dropped off on USPS tracking. When I tried to inquire what happened to the package and what the next steps were in a case like this, the man (supposedly the owner), called the cops on me as opposed to explaining simply how to handle it. I still can’t believe it. And I still don’t have my package. He was completely unable to support this issue from beginning until end.
