Deep Creek Marina

We've been doing business with them for seven seasons. Considering we just traded our first boat purchase in with them for our second boat purchase, I'd say we've been pleased with Deep Creek Marina. Kim is the best! She is sincerely nice-----whether you come with good news or an issue. Kim is knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, etc. Buying a boat from her was a fun and easy experience! We have a slip with Deep Creek Marina, store our boat with them, have them do all the maintenance on it, and Kim has always been our contact person. It's been a positive experience.

I worked with Kim Green in the sales department in purchasing a pontoon boat. She explained everything I needed to know about the costs of maintaining the boat, slip rentals and the pluses and minuses of different boats. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. My only experience with boating was a few rentals during my summer trips to DCL. In 2018, I purchased my first. I shopped at a couple of different dealers in the area but found the service here while shopping was a step above. Over the past two summers, my initial impression has been confirmed.

Kim Green is amazing, she is wealth of knowledge about boating in general and knows a ton about the boats that have been sold from Deep Creek Marina. My experience in the parts department has been equally great, Tim is always super helpful and awesome. The absolute icing on the cake is the fantastic, unbelievable service that you receive at the the Deep Creek Marina Club which is a benefit of owning a boat and storing a boat from DC Marina. The "club" is our go to stop on the lake because of the amazing service of Vickie Buckel. This is a benefit that no one else offers and I won't shop anywhere else because of it.

I’ve been working with Kim Green for years on both the service side and sales side. Always helpful and friendly. Just recently purchased a new pontoon boat and Kim made it easy to trade in the old one and upgrade. Never disappointed.

Had a great boat purchase expiernce at Deep Creek Marina. Sales Rep Kim Green was very hlpful and the process was pretty simple. Had a great turnover experience as a new boat owner as they Spent time with me to understand how to operate and maintain the boat. Love the dry dock service at the boat club as well. I would recommend!

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted, and even though we were "just looking", we received great customer service from Katie, Kim and the crew. Katie ended up spending 2 hours with us chatting about the ins and outs of the lake and differences in the boats we were looking at. We now had the perfect one for our family picked out. 2 Weeks later, we sealed the deal and were excited to pick up our new boat. The great service didn't stop there. Capitan Scott spent 2 hours with us on the operation of the boat and even some lessons on driving. Everyone has made this process seamless and we are ready to make great memories on the lake.

We purchased a beautiful pre-owned Malibu Wakesetter from them and couldn't be happier with our experience. Kim, our sales associate, was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and fun. The sales process was tailormade; they focused on meeting our specific needs and requests throughout the entire experience. The prices are reasonable, the service is spectacular and they will teach you along the way. You won't go wrong at Deep Creek Marina.

Absolute Best place to rent a boat from when visiting Deep Creek. Staff was very nice and very accommodating. Boat was very nice, clean and ran perfect. Easy check out and check in process. Will rent from again when we return!!

My kids did the Easter Egg Hunt here last weekend it was awesome. They had such a great time & so did I. My daughter even won 2nd place with 50 eggs & received a basket

Awesome experience from beginning to end! Took out a pontoon & tube for all day....only $450!! Very reasonable imo!! Hayden, our dock hand was very personable! Definitely coming back!

Spur of the moment, I called and was able to book a wake board lesson with Greg Rousch (sp?) for my son. Greg was AMAZING. He was professional, patient, kind, understanding and just an excellent teacher. He took my son as far as he could go in the time allotted. I would highly recommend Greg for lessons. An hour was $175.00 which I thought a bit pricey, but still worth it.

When me with my wife and kids come down to see my wife side of her family which who I hate but going to the lake every summer is nice but this year when we were on a boat the there in the water was a dead raccoon I felt bad but then I remember the im marry to my wife. but will come back here every summer till the lord saves me from my wife.
