I called yesterday to see if they had a wiper I needed in stock. Spoke to Kris and he had it waiting for me the next morning at the register so that I could make it to work on time. He was very knowledgeable and kind. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and warm greeting, a change from other places.

I just wanted to say thank to Kris for helping me get a new truck battery installed. Not only did he help me pick out the right battery, but he took the time to install it for me. Even though AutoZone was busy at the time he made sure to help me when things slowed down. Great customer service and an overall really nice guy!!

The mechanic was kind and educated me on when it’s right the right time to get my battery checked/replaced in preparation for winter. Once I made the decision, they were able to put it in for me easily!

Was just replacing the low beam light for my car at home. Javier (assistant manager) ,while walking his dog past me, went out of his way to assist me in what would have taken me who knows how long with all the parts in the way. I didn't even ask for help and he was more than willing to go out of his way to help a complete stranger. Just wanted to give a shout out to Javier on being a stand up person. Thank you

Carlos was great with his customer service was the only one in the start who actually knew his stuff and was of great help, took his time explaining my issue and resolved it as well when he didn’t even need to. I went in to get my brakes switched out from under the warrenty, front ones were quick and easy, but with the rears, the system said they had them but they couldn't find them. So after a little bit of searching, the managers came out and offered to drive all the way to Marlborough to get the set i needed as I was doing the brake job in their parking lot. Shout out to Declan, Javy, David and Michelle for the above and beyond help with all of this. They went so far out of their way to assist me and I couldn't have been happier! 10/10 recommend.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to find a replacement battery with all the other items I was looking for. This is the better location since the one over on Route 9 kinda sorta sucks.

I went in store in search of new wiper blades. Assistant manager, Javier, was extremely helpful. He found me the best wipers (he himself uses) and was not the most expensive. Javier even installed them on my car after. Great customer service. I would recommend Javier to assist you with all your needs.

I had the most pleasant experience this evening! I have been having difficulty with my battery. One of the workers Chad offered to replace it since it was still under warranty. It was freezing outside and late at night. He was very very kind and insisted to help me. I have never had this customer service before. He was amazing! Big thank you Chad! .. and the fact that they are open 24h is just an added bonus!
