The Home Depot

My order was placed in a locker. So convenient and easy to use. Two options to retrieve the order, use the code that was sent to me and type it into the on-site screen or use the QR code to scan into the machine that unlocks the locker. Very simple and convenient. Didn't need to go inside the store. The lockers were in the entryway. Very happy with the ease of use!

This is a shout out to the Taylor (Eureka Rd) Home Depot store and employee (Jesse Neumann), who without a doubt went above and beyond the call of duty.

We stopped at HD to purchase a matching HOME blind, only to discover it was out of stock, and after a quick search on my phone, not listed anywhere. I asked for help and Jesse took the time to sit down, make a few calls and found us not 1 but the 2 we needed.

Recently, I had one of the most positive retail experiences that I've EVER had when I visited the Home Depot in Taylor, MI on November 6th, 2023 in order to look for a new washer and dryer! I was shopping
around and checking out all of the washer and dryer models on the floor when a Home Depot sales associate quickly came to assist me!!!! The sales specialist, Ms. Michele Swift, was not only friendly but also knowledgeable as well as competent! She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns which helped me to make an informed decision about which models to purchase. As a 54-year old female who's dealt with countless purchases and deliveries, not all were positive experiences, I felt overwhelmingly grateful and also moved to let Home Depot know how much that the exceptional job done by customer care specialist, Ms. Michele Swift, really HELPED me out on November 6th, 2023!!! My appliances were delivered on November 17th by two gentlemen, Brandon and Buck, both of which were so friendly, respectful, and patient with my 50 questions during my delivery! They were on time! They quickly removed my old machines and then quite efficiently installed my new ones! It was an all around excellent experience! In this day and age, receiving such outstanding service is extremely rare and greatly appreciated!!!! ...a million THANKS to Michele, Brandon, and Buck for ALL OF YOUR HELP!!! The store's assistant manager, Brad(?) I think, was also EXTREMELY helpful as well!!

Nice home improvement store. Good selection. Just wish the employees seem to care about there jobs better. Hard to find anyone that wants to help.

This is the second year I've bought an outdoor table set from home depot.. I had my eye on this for a few weeks waiting for them to come in stock. I finally found it in Southfield, a 25 minute drive away but worth it. For 199.00 this 5 piece is very sturdy and well made and worth every penny. I love it for my cottage up north

This is the best Home Depot I’ve been at. The staff is great! They do help people with their projects. I recently had to paint a handicap parking logo on the ground and Norm from paint stated that they didn’t carry handicap blue paint anymore in store. So he stated that he could mix some paint up to match the handicap paint color. I told him that would be great. Next thing I noticed that Norm had his book of paint colors and went out to the parking lot to match up the paint color with the handicap parking to make the right blue color. In all the years in business I’ve never seen an employee go above and beyond their job duties like this. Lowe’s paint department would never do this for a customer. So if the store manager reads this please give Norm the credit he deserves for keeping a loyal customer form leaving and going across the street to get the paint needed for the job.

One of the few times I did not have hunt someone down for assistance. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Might be my favorite Home Depot.

So far, they always have what we're looking for, and the employees are helpful.

Thank you to Kanaya and Johnny for helping us out in Garden today we really appreciate it. You both went above and beyond today to help and it is greatly appreciated. Kanaya you weren't even stationed in gardening, but you came to help out because no one else was available.

Johnny you were busy in gardening but stop what you were doing to assist, you ladies are awesome and the reason why we only come to this location. Great job ladies.

Very well stocked, neat, tidy store. Their items are varied for every budget and great quality. This is what we bought two of. It's a beautiful set with 4 SWIVEL/ROCKER padded chairs.

Im a Contractor. This seems it's a hidden gem. Because of it's location.. always score what I need and can get back out of store. Right off freeway

I went in looking for river Rocks and I found them $11 abag ... I have a gutter spout that washes my mulch all over the sidewalk and I came up with this idea... it worked :-)

I went in the last time I was there the guy that checked me out was very nice and helpful I don't do u scan lines. I do curbside a lot that needs some improvement the one on Eureka curbside is better but that's not my reg store
