It's about what you would expect for a Chili's. Great food, reasonable prices. Went in on a Friday night. It was busy, but the wait time wasn't terrible.

The chicken crispers (tenders) we great. I love the Buffalo ranch sauce. Also ordered the strawberry lemonade.

My Family and I went there on 3/08/2024 and couldn’t have been more happy with our service provided by a gentleman by the name of MOE. He was very delightful to work with. From the moment we got there through our entire experience he was very attentive and caring. The man had brought everything out we had asked for initially, and made sure the children’s food came out first. Drinks stayed full and was just all around fantastic at his job. Made our night very pleasant and cannot thank him for his professionalism enough.

The food Is amazing ad staff are super nice every time i go.. I had. To wait for my order to go and the staff wrote a note on my receipt saying sorry for the wait.. highly recommend

Super awesome service. Food was very tasty and relatively quick to come out. They where very busy and still treated us like they cared a lot. Got constant drink refills and a waiter was always there when we needed her.

Mel is an absolute sweetheart!! One of the best services that I have received here in Utah. She would immediately notice when our waters went low and constantly checked on us! Food was fast and great. It was pretty busy but she was on it! Will be returning back here soon! Mel needs a promotion!!

It was about a 10 minutes wait on a Friday night which wasn’t too bad. Our waiter(s) were very helpful, happy and friendly. I loved that they gave their honest opinion on what is best from the menu. Some of my tortillas for the fajitas had stuck together and ripped while pulling them apart. They were replaced with no question. Delicious!

For a very busy Saturday night, the wait time wasn't too long. The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and outgoing. The food was like I expected it to be: fresh and sizzling...hot off the skillet! This location just feels a bit smaller in size.

Chili’s never disappoints and neither does this one. I have been to this chili’s more times than I can count and I have never had the same server but each and every single one of them has treated me, my family, and my friends with great respect and politeness. Food is absolutely terrific. I am holding my cookie skillet in my hands and it’s probably the best desert ever created by man. I have never had any unreasonable issue with food or wait times. It’s chili’s on a Friday night, of course it’s going to be busy. Great place to eat

Great atmosphere, engaging and fun service staff, and a wide selection of amazing drinks and food. This is a perfect location for double/group dates.

So so so good. I would highly recommend sitting in Ryan's section. He is one of the best waiters we've had in forever. This steak was amazing!! So flavorful and tasty! You can't beat the 2 four $25. The chips and salsa are always yummy and good to take home!

Haven't eaten at Chili's in a long time. Glad I did today. Everything was tasty. Delicious. Server was good. I'm happy 😊

Really great service, despite it being really late at night. Good food that came out fast, hot and delicious. The booth we were in has a hole duct taped, but other than that it was A+.

Excellent Chilis location. They have always been fast and the food is consistently great. Only one time was there a slight delay, and they went above and beyond to account for that. Highly recommend this location.

Our experience in this restaurant in American Fork has always been amazing, they are fast, the food is always what we ask for, delicious, we don’t need to wait for a long time, the service has always been amazing too, we highly recommend this place.

This visit ended up being better than we expected. While ordering, the wife decided to do the 3 for $10 chicken fritters. When we asked the waiter which he liked more between the Chipotle honey or original, he said he thought the Chipotle sauce was gross. Okay then. Our food came.
My burger was really good even though I expected more than 2 strips of bacon considering how the menu described it. The corn on the cob that came with the chicken was old and rubbery tasting. We let our server know. He told "them" and the manager Mark came out to talk to us. We just wanted to let him know they got bad corn and hoping no one else will have to eat it. He felt bad and comped us dessert and gave us 2 $5 gift cards going way over and beyond what we'd ever expect! He was very apologetic.
We will be back.

I like going to Chilis because they usually have a good variety of good food and offer a selection of menu items that aren’t too heavy (but still taste great!). Service is usually friendly, as well.
