Thank goodness for Ryan and Sammy
This place would fail without them. In my two hours in store, they were the only two employees who actually showed care and were actually helpful, the only ones on the floor really. All the others sat in the back and hid out for the whole time while they were slammed with customers. I give them both a five star. All the others… def not. Especially the “manager” lol Johnathan.

Awesome service! I hadn't been to an actual Verizon store in years, and ran into an issue with my phone that needed immediate attention and these folks had me fixed and out the door in under 15 minutes! Super friendly, professional and good at their jobs! Thanks For making my day easier!

Sam, Austin, Kimberly and Joshua are AMAZING. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere in my life. I had a very stressful, difficult situation with my account. They were so patient, informative, and helpful. Whatever they get paid, it’s not enough. These guys are the best.

An employee there named Ryan did an amazing job helping me get a new phone. He explained everything in detail and got me a new plan that saved me money and got more speed, hotspot, features, etc. He wasn't pushy and quoted us on everything and the bill came out exactly like he said. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting great service

Ryan & his partner (I missed his name :( ) @ the Cedar Rapids location were both INCREDIBLY helpful. We went through heck & back all for nothing but he was very patient throughout. Even though we didn’t accomplish what needed done in the end I would still recommend his assistance. Thank you Ryan for all your help today.

Excellent staff and manager! I was there to switch to Verizon from AT&T and it was a smooth transition. I needed to set up and account with 2 phones and 2 lines. They were getting close to closing time but they were happy to help and make sure that everything is done correctly so they did not rush and took the time to listen and do it as we requested and got us everything we need even though they had to stay after their store closing time by half an hour! We had a bad experience with another store in Dubuque where they were adding services that we didn't need or ask for and we ask them to take it off they would not and say it is required! But not this store, they were very understanding and they would not add anything that we do not want and set up the account correctly. It was a very smooth and easy experience and they explained everything to us and what to do and what to expect. I wish every Verizon store had that staff and their level of service.

Staff is amazing, extremely informative, and patient. They went WAY above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were good to go before we left the store. They stayed an extra 30 minutes after close just to get us set up and apologized for taking up OUR time. I insisted that we were the ones taking more than than our fair share of time! Highly recommend the Collins Rd Verizon. Thank you!

They have really treated us well. They are expensive, but honestly they've done well for us, especially recently they really took care of us in an issue where they had zero obligation to do so. You hear a lot of vocal complaints, but just know they have treated us very well and the only complaint I have is the wait times in the store. But the service has always been top notch from our experience.

The guy who helped us was great! I can't remember his name, but he helped our daughter pick a great phone for her first phone, and was quick and careful with the whole process. Honestly, the best experience we've had there yet. She was so happy she hugged him. :D

I had a very complicated customer service problem and staff was very patient with helping me. Many of the other reviews about this Verizon store are true, IT IS BUSY here. You need to be patient and wait your turn. Staff is very friendly and will help you when they can. They appear to do their best to keep people moving through the store as fast as possible.

Staff may be helping people AFTER you because it is quicker and more efficient. Be patient when you visit and give staff a chance. They were really helpful.

These guys were great! I had a crazy issue that took a long time (and is still in the process of being resolved). But customer service has been outstanding. I honestly probably won’t order online ever again and will continue to go into this store. They are going above and beyond to help me.

I only had to make a quick stop to pick up an online order, but the staff member that helped me was very kind and helpful. He answered all the questions I had and helped me make my trip a short one.

They always do a great job of answering my questions. Let's be honest. We all get excited yet hate having to do it since it is not the fastest process and we all know t9 ask questions sue to c9ntracts and different contracts. The staff here is always nice and makes it a better experience to deal with

I came in to upgrade my phone and had a splendid time working with Johnathan. He was exceedingly helpful in getting me exactly the help I needed and we had some very pleasant chitchat while he got my new phone ready.

They had everything I was looking for. The best part of my visit was Jonathan! He was so helpful, and sweet! Great place and would definitely recommend this store.

I went in to upgrade my phone, and as someone who was switching from Apple to Android I didn't really know what I wanted. But they helped me pick the best phone for me, and the best deal! I've been to many other Verizon stores in town and around the state and I have never received better service. As a young person he didn't try and up sell me, he didn't try to get me something I didn't want, he just took care of me. This is the first time I've walked into a Verizon store and I haven't had to dial the corporate rep I know to have them confirm what they had already told me about what I was going in for. If you are in the area, come to this store. I will be using them as my default from now on. Thank you so much for such a stress-free visit!

Shawn was absolutely wonderful! He worked with me for 30 minutes or longer and was Soo patient and kind. He was soooo good. Please give him a raise.
