E5 Sigma Repair

Very friendly and fast in fixing the Nintendo switch. I took it on because of the controllers had trouble using them and they were able to fix it. It definitely beats buying a whole new one.

My dog chewed on the corner of my Nintendo switch lite so I bought the shell and replacement buttons from Amazon and E5 Sigma was able to fix it! He even added a screen protector to it. Everything worked perfectly and he got it done in less than 24 hours. Very reasonable prices also!

My son told me about this place to drop off his PlayStation 5 controller to be fixed and the gentleman told me he would call me the next day to pick up and he sure did! I dropped off my daughters cracked iPad yesterday and same thing he would call me to pick up tomorrow. Great experience both times and fast service with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this place to get your phone fixed! My iPhone was in pretty bad shape, but it’s good as new and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. Exceeded my already high expectations!!
When my 6month old phone hit caliche rocks & put big pits in my screen I began looking for someone to repair it. I have found in recent years that reviews are very helpful when ive narrowed down my list to the final choices, be it products or services. The reviews for E5 Sigma were outstanding & far better that the majority of others I read. I don't get into town very often or not at any regular time so it took a while for me to have all the requirements fall into place at the same time to be able to drop it off & my screen continued to worsen. When I finally had time, during the right hours to get to Portland & have the money, E5 Sigma did Not disappoint in the least! The store has a nice comfortable reception area, a friendly, knowledgeable staff & impeccable service! The repair set me back but not near what replacing the whole phone would have. My phone now works & looks like new! I wish I'd taken a pic of it b4 repairs.🤦🏼‍♀I am a very satisfied customer & will seek them out again if the need ever arises, although I hope it doesn't. I will also refer anyone who has a need for electronics repair to E5 Sigma without hesitation! For such an unfortunate issue, E5 Sigma was a surprisingly pleasant solution. I consider them a huge blessing. I appreciate all the people who took the time to share their experiences which led me to choose this awesome small business!

These guys did a great job of replacing my old iPad battery. He messed up the home button during the repair but fixed that at no charge and actually gave me a discount on the battery repair. I would recommend E5 Sigma for your electronic device repairs all day.

Our Nintendo Switch needed a new slide for the controller. I called E5 Sigma repair and was told they had the equipment in stock and they could get it fixed the same day. We dropped off the game and within an hour I got a call saying it was fixed. The service was amazing! I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be back for any future repair work needed.

We have taken my sons Nintendo Switch and recently his XBOX to E5 to be fixed. They are quick, the work is done right and his prices are affordable. We will definitely be keeping his number handy.

The customer service here is great which is why we continue to take our phone repairs to the guys at E5 Sigma. Took my Samsung S22 Ultra in for probably the 3rd time to have the screen replaced. Dropped my phone off mid afternoon and recieved it back a few hours later in amazing condition. We will continue to do business here :)

Went to get an iPad Mini 2 LCD-screen replaced. Fantastic experience. Friendly and personable, I got a worst case quote up front (because it’s an old device and screen would have to be ordered). Only took a day to arrive, didn’t take as long to replace as quoted, so my actual charge was LESS than expected, which is always nice. I’m not saying that would be the experience of everyone here, but I’ve been in Portland 16 years and just realized these guys are here and all the repair services they provide (plus custom accessories they sell). I will definitely go back here first versus any place in Corpus, and recommend them to friends, family, and clients.

I heard about this company on Facebook so I called them about an issue I was having with my iPad. They were super helpful on the phone. I went to see them & a gentleman took my iPad to the back & came back less than 2 minutes later. Something was stuck in the charging port. He didn’t even charge me! I know where I’m going from here on when I have issues!!

This place was easy to find. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was done within the time promised and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them for phone, laptop, gaming systems or smart watch repairs.

He did an amazing job. We dropped the PS5 off by 5 PM and it was done by 6 PM. He was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Xavier is awesome! Very nice and likeable guy, great service, and good prices! My one year old phone had problems with the charging port (moisture detected and charger connection problems). He immediately took it and put it under a microscope. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and when I came in the next day (when the new part was delivered), he took my phone and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend E5 Sigma! Thank you Xavier!!! You saved me a lot of money!

I had the most absolutely amazing experience with Xavier and E5 sigma. It's very rare to get the level of customer service that he had provided. From the way he communicated on the phone, his interactions with other customers. I mean.... just absolutely blown away.... They are very honest and do amazing work. Highly recommend give them a call. After a few phone calls around I realized they are also very competitive with their pricing.
