Walmart Pharmacy

Friendly, fast, and have always have the medications I need. Some of the other pharmacies locally are out of stock. I have leukemia and I take abou5 20 different pills and they have never had a single one of them out of stock and they fill them usually within 30 minutes. Chemotherapy is painful and makes you sicker than a dog but having pain medications and nausea meds, vomiting meds, diarrhea meds, fatigue meds, and meds to improve my appetite really help, and when I run out I don't have to wait very long to get them refilled and I appreciate that as a person with such a devastating disease that required a lot of pharmaceutical intervention.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 3 yrs and no complaints. Everyone that works in the pharmacy is kind. They work hard to get the meds for people but can’t control the supply chain but they can call around and help find your meds at another pharmacy.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful, professional and work in a very timely manner.

We mover all of our prescriptions to the Portland store from Calallen which had terrible customer service and turnaround time.

Everyone there is nice and professional and helpful. Explaining how to use your prescription and answers your questions. Nice place to go.

I've been using this pharmacy for a year now. Out of the 6 visits, they have lied to me about pickup time 4 times. That gets pretty old. This time I had 5 prescriptions for my daughter that got her wisdom teeth pulled. I called before I went up there because I've learned my lesson from their lies in the past. An hour prior to that whoever picked up the phone, told me to wait an hour and I could pick up my prescriptions at 12:30. Prescription(S). Plural. I waited an hour and headed to the pharmacy. When I got there they said one was ready and they would notify me when the others were ready. Why lie? Just tell the truth. The lady even specified that I had five prescriptions. So why give me a time to pick them all up when only one will be done?? Smh. Do better.

The lady at drop off with blonde hair is very nice and respectful. She helped me out a lot with what I need for gestational diabetes. There's a different older lady with black hair always in a bun who thinks it's okay to play with people's prescriptions. I called a week ago to refill my prescriptions and I was told they'd fill it but i would be able to pick it up until the 17th. Went in and she said 2pm on the 18th. I went in at 6:30 and she claimed I'd have to wait until the 22nd to get it because they have to have it shipped. I was looking straight at a box with the test strips I need. I tell her I can't wait until the 22nd it was supposed to be ready the 17th and I don't have enough to last me until the 20th let alone the 22nd. Then she miraculously found it.

Third time walmart did not have my medication. This time they did not have it in full. Last time they said it would take 2 weeks to get and I had to transfer my prescription to HEB and the first time they did not have it in full. 3 completely different medications. And common medications. Going To HEB it may cost a few pennies more but they always have my medications in full. The sad thing is my medication was called in 7 days ago, I even called 2 days ago to ensure it would be there filled in full by today. And they did not fill it and they did not have it in full AGAIN

Never can get them to answer the phone and if they do then your on hold another 10 to 20 mins and they are very rude about having to answer the phone also!

Would give zero stars if I could. They use personal discretion when filling prescriptions, and the child behind the counter seemed to think he knew better than my own Dr... Officially switched back to my old pharmacy. Never again Walmart, never again. Surgery TOMORROW and he didn't want to fill my pain meds.

Wow Denise, you are the worst person I believe I have every dealt with. ugggg walmart just sucks.
