Everything about our experience with Crabb Oil was amazing. From calling and setting the appointment up with their office ( the lady on the phone was outstanding) the technicians who professionally repaired our furnace to the price we paid. Thank you Crabb Oil and staff. A special thank you to the woman in the office who took the time to explain everything to me.

From the time that I called and reported that my pilot light would not stay lit, to the time when a polite repairman was leaving our house with our furnace working was less than three hours.

We called at 10:30 this morning about our hot water heater quitting. It is currently 5:49 PM and we have a new hot water heater professionally and courteously installed. Both the technician who diagnosed the problem and the man who later installed it were excellent representatives of an excellent company.

Jake was very professional. Unfortunately he couldn't fix the AC , not his fault, just not fixable. But only charged the service fee & explained the whole situation to us.

My experience with the professional service worker. Was a great experience. He was very polite and was able to understand my husband whom is deaf. He arrived here at 12:40 I think and had us up and running in two hours. I would gladly recommend your company to my friends

After discovering a leaky oil tank on a Friday afternoon, I called service and within 30 minutes a technician was in my driveway. Fixing this problem was not easy as the tank was stuffed into a crawlspace. After coming up with a plan and coordinating with peers and other staff, the oil was safely removed from the tank. A member of the sales staff was in the area and worked with me to plan a new install. Everyone I spoke with was professional and accommodating. Can't say enough about Kurt, their service technician, a true and caring professional. Looking forward to our new install. Thanks to all that helped us through this stressful situation.

When I called Crabb Oil/ NOCO because I needed our furnace looked at, they sent a serviceman (Mike) the same day. Mike went above and beyond to find the problem with our furnace. This is the exact same kind of service we recieved last year when we wanted our central air serviced, Crabb Oil/ NOCO did a great job and get the job done fast..

The people at Crabb Propane are always friendly and responsive to our needs. We’ve used them for our Propane over 5 years. Their NOCO technician installed a digital thermostat on our wall heater! He did a great job!!
