Very in place. Same great food items. Same great coffee items as all the others. Always friendly and a smile.

I hope everything good in life happens to the crew that works at this store. They’re always SO nice & my coffees have been correct for 2 years now. 0 complaints the whole time.

This Starbucks should truly get rewarded for their incredible customer service & kind employees. For them to be serving the town of Avon which is full of hard to please people. I’m very impressed by their positive & professional attitudes. My husband & I have been catching colds non stop for the last few months from our 2 year old son. We always go to this Starbucks to get Chai Tea Latte for us & a cake pop for our kiddo. Every time they’d see us they were kind enough to ask how we’re feeling. It’s that level of attention, you just can’t find anywhere these days. I really hope upper management hears about them. The manager at this store is training her employees right. Also shout out to Steph for helping me pick a great color changing cup. I love it. It’s pink!

I ordered two drinks today. Mine was a customized vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The moment I took a sip, I turned my car around to go get my barista’s name. It was Tessa. This is the best drink I ever received from a Starbucks! I know my tastes are simple but this was just 1000% spot on. And everyone was so nice! My sister and I love this location but even more so now. Thank you Tessa!

Best pastries!!! I still think Starbucks should help the community by allowing local bakeries to provide the pastries from time to time.

I love this starbucks! I've never had a bad experience here, and today I had a free cold brew but no idea what kind to get or flavor to try and she was very helpful. Also so helpful when I sometimes struggle to find the word I want to say!

Was definitely happy with drink that was offered I never cared for starbucks but, that has changed now. Clean place, nice staff, move fast.

Just popped in to get some house blend beans ground for a new home espresso machine. I ordered a latte while I waited and was privileged to witness Marcus multi-tasking while delegating tasks to the staff ensuring all customers inside and, in the drive-thru got great service. I have never met Marcus before. He is a good leader. I just wanted to give a shout out and let him know he is appreciated.

I have never seen a Starbucks that has their used coffee grounds out for people to take a reuse or recycle themselves! I absolutely love this! They even have a list of things that you can use the beans for if you've never thought of using grounds in your own home before!
I love that this location does this and would love for nearby locations, and other places in general do this to keep the grounds out of the landfills. Thank you amazing team at this location!!

Super courteous. Very quick. And they accommodated my three dogs with three pup cups.

My drink was great (no surprise there) but it was disappointing that at 8am they were already out of (supplies) for 2 of their new Holiday drinks, forcing me to get a 2nd choice. The order ahead feature in the app seems unavailable at this location (and many locations near me). The drive thru had, NO exaggeration, 20 cars. I went inside.

This is my #1 Starbucks to go to. I know the staff and I've never had a bad run in to any of the staff. If you don't like how your drink taste they will definitely fix it for you. They work pretty fast also

I have to just brag on this location for a sec! The staff is so Awesome, customer service is beyond amazing. Every time I visit I am always greeted with a welcoming hello, smile and a very friendly conversation while my order is being prepared. However, this morning my favorite refresher drink was out and I was offered to try another flavor. I was kind of hesitant because it wasn't what I was used to but I went ahead and ordered a small size just to try it out. By surprise, when I got to the window to pay the guy said this is on us since the other was not available. I was not expecting it to be free at all but let me just say that it totally made my morning. Kuddos to the staff here! The refresher was good so now I have 2 that I like, LOL! Keep up the great work!! :)

I LOVE this store. The staff is always on their game and has everything properly prepared. They are professional, kind, work hard, and do everything with a smile. Drinks & food always taste delicious and they always give my dog a pup cup! lol One time I even had the pleasure of talking with the manager at the drive thru. I honestly couldn't even tell she was the manager because of how much she enjoyed working there and with her staff. I love coming back to this location everytime. The wait is never long and I am typically in and out within 5 mins or less. Keep up the good work!

The Baristas are always so friendly at this location. I love the Chai tea lattes with sweet vanilla cold foam. I also love the pumpkin Chai tea latte.

The barista was pretty good with recommending a great drink for my cousin as she usually goes to Dunkin but I prefer Starbucks. My cousin loved the drink and said she will start drinking Starbucks more often now that she has found something she likes.

The staff is always polite (they greet you and say goodbye when you leave). For some reason my order is the best when I pick it up opposed to ordering when I get there.

This Starbucks meets all my requirements for a place to get coffee in the morning. They're fast, pleasant, and not obnoxious. There are also plenty of tables, which makes this a good place for me to hide and work an hour or two in the morning.
