Comfort Cafe and Bistro

The food was delicious, the staff are kind and attentive & lastly the atmosphere is peaceful! Came here for mothers day with my family and i do not regret it. The drive is very scenic too!

This place is amazing.
The food is fresh and delicious the atmosphere is defined and the people are the right blend of friendly and professional.
The plating and cooking techniques will have you feeling like a special guest judge on a fahncy TV series or some kind a food critic.
And seriously though

My work schedule just does not align with me being able to get here, but I was finally able to stop in for breakfast and it was worth the wait. I got two fried eggs, potatoes, sausage, and wheat toast; my husband got the French toast. It was INSANE. I never thought I’d say “that was the best toast I’ve ever had” because I mean.. it’s toast. But it was SO good. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly crunchy, everything was absolutely delicious. Not to mention the owner was so nice! The price was really reasonable too, we spent ~$30 for two people including the desserts we nabbed for later.

This is such a great cafe! There’s not really any other good coffee shops in the area so I was so glad when I heard about Comfort Cafe! It’s cute and cozy inside with friendly staff and great food/drink options. I have a baby too so I especially appreciated the really nice changing table set-up in the bathroom!

Stopped in with the wife to check out the new Comfort Cafe and Bistro at Quinton-Marlboro Rd, Salem, NJ 08079. It was even better than expected after hearing about all the excellent local reviews. I had probably the best burger in South Jersey there today. I ordered the All American and my wife ordered the Shrimp Po' Boy. We enjoyed our coffee and dessert in the new farmhouse modern/chic atmosphere. The dessert was the Signature Beignets and oh it hit the spot. We can't wait for another trip there to try out some other things on their delicious, locally sourced menu. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone. Added menu in photos. @ComfortCafeandBistro

I've been wanting to try this place out since I saw their first post. Hubby and I finally got to enjoy breakfast there this morning. Not a huge menu, nothing fancy, but just enough unique offerings to make it interesting, and it was all delish 😋

I went to Comfort Cafe & Bistro for brunch today and I cannot say enough good things. I wish I had taken pictures but I didn’t 🤦🏽‍♀ fail on my part because it was picture perfect. The cafe was so cute and inviting! Even the changing table in the restroom was cute and comfy for babes. The service was great! Everyone was so kind. I had a vanilla chai that was to die for and the sausage biscuits and gravy were so delectable. I’m a potato snob and these were bussin bussin as the kids say lol. The portions were a good size and the prices were very affordable. I’d say brunch was definitely a hit and you should definitely pay them a visit next Sunday from 10-2!

Comfort Cafe is accurate! A very welcoming cozy place. The food was great and service was wonderful. Everyone was so cheerful.

Nice little local cafe! Great food and atmosphere. The staff was polite and friendly.

The sausage, while delicious, was a little strange. I've had country sausage before, and it typically comes as a patty. This was more of a sausage nugget, which threw me off a little.

I will certainly return again, whether it be just for a cup of coffee and a space to work on my laptop, or for breakfast with the family. Highly recommended!

Stopped by for lunch on a whim- great decision. Ricotta charcuterie was SO good I wanted to take the jar of ricotta honey home! Turkey club for me was really good- super thick bacon and Turkey slices. My husband order farmhouse burger and thought they were a little heavy handed with the salt, but still good. Lavender lemonade is really good too. We will be back!

Just checked this place out. Very nice staff & atmosphere. Breakfast ends at 11. Got the Farmer burger, very filling. Great craft coffee’s. Can’t wait to try the breakfast next time!

Stopped in for breakfast. My omelet breakfast was awesome. Service outstanding. Would definitely recommend it. Extra bonus, I didn't hear one Nickelback song.

The cafe was clean and really nice inside. The staff were very friendly. My breakfast and latte tasted great. This place is a real gem and absolutely worth visiting.

Samantha and Andrew are stellar employees and they're super friendly and efficient. The coffee is always on time and so is the food.

Salem County's hidden gem. Had a great grilled chicken, kale, and blueberry salad. Cannot wait to go back!
