Pizza Hut

My wife and I celebrated 40 years since we met on a blind date at Pizza Hut May 18th. Outstanding quality of pizza. We had a thick crust super supreme (minus the mushrooms). Our waitress did an outstanding job! Tipped over 100% on the bill.

We waited an hour for our pizza and my wife called to see what was going on with it. The rude employee couldnt find the order, had an attitude, and refused to refund the order after well over an hour and a half. We had to go in store. Not pleasant. When I identified who was so disrespectful I asked she not speak to me and get her manager. I was willing and rightfully about to call the cops its blatant theft. The manager came out I spoke clear and directly and provided her with the details for the refund. It was processed 45 seconds after speaking with the manager. Management did well here to put out a fire and thats the only reason you get 5 stars. Ive worked customer service my whole life. I get it. Hopefully I get the reciept emailed to me when the registers closed as agreed, then I will be happy. Thank you for correcting an employee error.

Very clean! Relaxing atmosphere, very nice staff. This is one of the last remaining dine in Pizza Huts in the Wichita area.

The food and service has been outstanding that last few times that I have eaten here or went through the drive thru. This place has stepped up its A game for sure.

Have loved this location for 10 years. Dine-in service is fantastic! Amanda is the best!

They dropped my pizza and had to remake it but was still out quick.

It's generally good pizza each time we order here. The employees at the Drive-thru pickup window are always nice. They threw in free marinara one time because I forgot to ask for it until after my pizza was in my hands. So... 5 stars 4 lyf.

Honestly I debated whether to try again at this Pizza Hut. The last couple of times I ordered delivery I was not very happy. However, I gave it another shot and I was more than pleasantly surprised. My order arrived quickly, hot and exactly what I ordered. My pizza was perfection. Whatever was going on before they have obviously resolved those issues and are on the ball now. Wow!!! Great Pizza!!!

We tried the new Pizza Melts and they were so good! We will definitely have again and again! The employee at the pick-up window was so friendly and hoped we enjoyed the new item and wished me a happy evening!

I had my daughter’s Birthday party here and it was awesome. The party room was just enough to accommodate my guests. The silverware and plates were taken care by Pizza Hut. Hats off to Sidney who was following up with the party and provided every help we could get, really appreciate her for her courtesy and help rendered. The pizzas were good and well prepared on time for the party. Good team. Will come back and recommend to others too.. Good Job

Once again the pizza was delicious! We love the crust with the garlic flavor on it. It's a go to place for us when we are needing to feed a lot of people and we dont want to break the bank! We also really love doing the lunch buffet because they have such fresh food and such a variety of choices!

They always try very hard to meet the customers needs. I wish the owner would accept coupons but the employees are so happy and go the extra mile I am willing to stick with this store over the other pizza stores in the area. As it currently stands, Its the service and only the service that is keeping us here

This Pizza Hut is the best location in the USA. My co-workers and I eat here 3 times a month. There food is always tasty and fresh. Five stars go to Brian, Rebecca and Amy for giving great service. I will tell everyone our experience here is excellent. Thanks Andover Pizza Hut !!

We used the Pizza Hut dining room for a 4 years olds birthday party. Great venue for a party, staff helped us arrange the tables and provided great service. Kids loved the pizza, breadsticks and soft drinks. We decorated the room with posters and balloons using blue easily removed masking tape. Party was great, used a small speaker to play music and musical chairs. Great fun and service!

Love this location! Wonderful staff and food is always fresh and fast. The chairs need replacing in some areas due to wear and strength but overall this pizza hut is the best for miles.

This pizza hut is on its A game. We had placed an order several days in advance of a kids party. We needed 8 to 9 pizza ready to go at 11am. They said they would be ready at 1045am. I showed up in the drive through at 1040am. The pizzas were right on time! I will certainly be back to the andover pizza hut. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Andover Pizza Hut is the best! They know their customers and take care of us like family.

I wanted to thank my doggy daycare workers on my dogs last day there. Pizza hut was kind and courteous, delivery was easy and when the driver called he was nice and did his job well.

Always get their stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with cheese breadsticks or something like mozzarella sticks but they are good I've ate homemade pizza that's better and I went to this place in kansas called Amy's Pizza Place and that place has the best pizza. I highly recommend but if not there cause its a family business so its not a place that's everywhere then yeah I'd go with pizza hut. Their cool. I use to work for pizza hut lol 🤣🤣🤣

Every time I order from the Andover Kansas pizza hut they make my order to perfection and in a timely manner. And they are always very nice and respectful at the pick up window
