JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I love it. They were very nice and professional. I asked tones of questions and didn't feel pressed to buy anything. They are always on sale. Before you go there look for additional coupons. They have different classes, but no quilting instructor at the moment.

The staff were very helpful in helping me find supplies for my knitting project, and went the extra mile to suggest and show me exactly what I needed. They had a nice selection to choose from as well. Recommend!

Very organized store. The fabric selection was wonderful. They had some good markdowns but when I went to purchase the sale price did not come up. The manager did a price override and I appreciate her fixing the error. Thank you.

My one stop shop for all my craft projects. I pick up stuff for my photo shoots all the time. A pice of scrap fabric can make all the difference in the mood of a photograph. The staff is knowledgeable and help me with my last project...a rolling camera bag from old piece of luggage.

I had a pickup order and was on my way but realized I'd get there about 5 minutes after they closed. I called the store and a lovely lady named Amy answered and I explained that I was on my way but would get there too late and she was so nice to me. She didn't have to, but she told me to just call the store once I got there and then told me to drive safely and not rush. I ended up getting there about 5-8 min after closing and she answered the phone as promised and brought my order out to me, I thought her to be above and beyond kind and genuine. I hope she had a very Merry Christmas and I highly recommend someone look into giving her a raise! Thank you Amy!

This store is excellent I was just in there last week I believe it was around Thursday afternoon and the sales person name Lori provided me a phenomenal service!! She was excellent she greeted me when I was entering the aisle and asked me may I assist you in finding anything. Lori was very professional. courteous, and knowledgeable of store products. She made a great suggestion on a product I was purchasing and helped me save some money and it was just what I needed perfect!! Thank you Lori for provided me with a awesome shopping experience!! I highly recommend JoAnn Fabric and Crafts very friendly and professional environment!!

This location seems to have quite a bit more inventory than the Castleton location. Plus if you're lucky you may be able to park right in front of the store. Another plus, the Joann app actually works at this store. The Castleton store is like a dead zone once you walk through the doors and their price check devices do not work either.

Such a fun store. It was very clean and everything was marked clearly. I got a great deal on candy making supplies. The staff was very helpful and polite. I recommend this place.

Helpful, as always, just strange to see it so empty..... Bummer that pattern books are so small now. Fondly remember looking at Vogue patterns splashed beautifully across pages in those huge books. Melancholy. Store is spotless. Everything was there.... Enjoy!

Wonderful experience. The gems look fabulous on the lingerie had created. Can not wait to play with the glitter! Lady at the front desk was very informative and helpful.

The store was fairly straightened and clean, items weren't difficult to find and employees were helpful in finding the one item I couldn't find. The variety of stores was good...I was sort of on a mission of needing to find a few things that would work for a project, and the trip was quite successful!

Fabric, crafts, jewelry, home decor and so much more. 8yr old daughter found crafts galore (at good prices!) and I found jewelry supplies I needed. Helpful staff led me right to fabric of interest and suggested using coupon for that purchase. Very pleased.

I was in and out pretty quick once I found my fabric to make my daughter a carseat poncho. The sweet ladies at the cutting counter were so sweet to give me advice on the best way to go about making my project. It turned out great. The guy at checkout was very sweet and was reciprocating humor with me.

Being that the only thing I know about sewing, is that it requires a needle and thread, and perhaps fabric; if one is so bold as to actually construct a garment. Other than that, I was pretty much clueless about anything else in the store. The young floor clerk was most understanding and upon learning my reason for being in the store, she was very helpful and understanding. She directed me to the fabric she felt would serve my purpose for my project and actually downloaded the app for extra savings. How sweet was that!

I had been to 2 other Joann Fabrics prior to this one. The one in Castleton always have extremely long slow lines and their selection isnt that great. The one on Washington is okay but this one is phenomenal! Its quite a ways but I will travel for the very well organized store with the awesome selection of fabric they have. The manager was at the cutting table and she was all smiles amd ready and able to assist in anyway she could. I will definitely only be going to this location!

I went there for supplies for a last minute Halloween costume and not only was I able to find everything I needed, but after speaking to multiple workers, was able to get advice on how to execute certain crafty endeavors and advice on a Cricut, etc. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant to speak with and very helpful.

Nice JoAnn's store, wide variety, lots of sale items. Non sale items are a little pricey but the register person(s) are usually friendly.
