McDonald's

We do not usually eat in McDonalds, but from time to time we go there for some meals. I was so surprised ( after NYC) that this place was super clean, smart and cozy. It was a balloon fastened to every table, so the atmosphere was so festive. There were some people celebrating kid’s birthday.

So, we ordered quarter pounder meal and jalapeño beacon sandwich. Sandwich was very tasty, if you are into spicy stuff.

The overall was over expected. We will definitely will be back from time to time.

Great place to take the kids to let them run off some energy!! A bit loud and crowded sometimes, but definitely worth it for the kids. They serve the kids FREE ice cream sample cones upon request. There is a large playhouse complete with slide. Many mobile seats, and light-up, touch sensitive tabletops!! Recommended for anyone with kids.

I absolutely love the night Manager Tim at this location. He is always so friendly. He makes sure his employees are getting things done and done right. The food quality always seems better when he is there!

Great place to take the children while you eat! The customer service was a little slow but we didnt have any problems here at all.

There were only 3 of them working and there was a long line but they were working so hard to get everything out quickly :) and weren't even rude they were very nice, and I was scared the fries weren't gonna be fresh because he said there were only 3 of them, but the food was great! great job to the 3 workers at 10pm on 2/26/22🥰

I started using there app. I get a little bit of a price break and just pull in tell them what pick up spot I'm in and usually in 5 mins or less they bring it to me. I haven't had any orders since I started doing this that are wrong.

My family was on hand when they put up the Golden Arches in Muncie, Indiana and at US 40 and Lyndhurst Indianapolis. Been around them burgers for over 60 years. Keep up the good works.

They're doing a major renovation and the construction was horrendous going through the drive-thru
The inside looks so much better now that they did the renovations got rid of the play space now it's just seating but the food is fresh I had you know sausage egg and cheese muffin combo don't come in and combo but I got the hash browns and a small drink with it and the people were very friendly

Service was great (Hailey/Kaliegh?). Food was good too, after a brief mixup. Table was cleaned quickly when requested.

A McDonald's that still has a playground!! Very nice play facility. I'm giving it 5 stars based entirely on that metric. There have been many other problems while we've visited. Flooded lobby, cold food, staff that made us wait several minutes to take order while there were no other customers. That said, a high quality play area, with family bathroom adjacent, one door to curb escapee kids, and lighted interactive tables still makes this our lunch destination in Plainfield.

With all this covid and all this mess in the world, me and my 7 year old son stopped from shopping because he had to go to Restroom! Well covid... it was all closed...the manager on duty was so very kind and understood and allowed my son to use restroom! It means a lot even just little things because most are just rude any more and send you on your way. Thank you sir!

I was bless at this McDonald's yesterday the person in front of me pay for my breakfast.

I was looking around in my bag to find change to add my payment up. I was pleased and surprised that someone thought of me.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean bathroom. Tried self service did not realize card only did not like. Overall good experience.

They were busy and very short staffed. They worked hard and the manager made sure I was taken care of. Be patient as they do their best.

Ordered curbside from the app. Food was out in less than 5 minutes. it was hot and fresh and the lady was very nice. Great job!
