In terms of a place to work, the environment is very friendly. Small company with cordial staff that treats you like a family member.
Sorry to say that they need to ban the dogs from the building. I have first hand seen them physically frighten customers. This is not a kennel.
That being said, they are trying to move forward and starting to take some larger risks as a budding company.
Active management is young but learning.
The best thing about AAP is just their attitude toward quality of life. I have never worked at a more caring company as almost the whole year I was there, I was very physically ill, and they worked with me.Anyhoo, I'm rambling.
It's a good place to work but they're pretty unorganized in the potential department. I hope they improve this more soon.

Sharon Meyer and her team at American Apparel are terrific! I have worked with them for years and they are consistently responsive, professional, and friendly! We had a very good experience with American Apparel recently! They provided great consultative advice on different ideas for promos - both now and for suture projects. When we received some logo'd product for a customer appreciation event, they were earlier than expected - and we heard lots of compliments on the product types and quality!
