Customer service was taken to a high level by Ashley at the parts store on US 92. I had trouble getting my car to turn over but the battery was maybe a year old. They had tested the battery and the alternator was fine as was the starter. She asked about the fob but I just changed the battery. She mentioned the only other thing might be the brake light switch.
Because 2018 Altimas are started by applying the break and pressing the starter, perhaps it was not making contact. Well the part wasn't stock but was available over on Havendale. She helped by ordering the part and said to leave the car running and she would go get the part!
She went far above the call of duty in helping to diagnose our car. That type of customer care is difficult to find. Thank you!!!

Joe was beyond amazing! So helpful. Came in because my air conditioning wasn't working and without even asking he came up, helped me, saved me money and came out to the parking lot and assisted me with fixing the issue. Let me use the proper tool I needed and was very personable and professional. Absolutely amazing!

Great place for Automotive needs

Needed a new battery for a Mazda. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Hats off to the gentleman who change my battery. Good luck on your trip to Utah. Follow your dreams.

Went in got help finding what I needed and went on about my day. The shopping trip was fast and the item I purchased is sitting here working just fine. The crew there at Advance Auto are very helpful.

Found what I needed, clerk some. Someone walked thru with a pet goat for attention so it was time for me to leave. By the way they left with their goat without buying anything.

I went there for them to check my battery. My battery was fine. It was a messed up fuse or something. They could have sold me a battery, but they didn't. Because of their honesty I will go back for any auto needs.

There was a very nice gentleman that helped me today he check my battery and it was not bad it was the alternator so I had to have my van towed they were very good in advance auto thank you all very much

I needed a new signal lamp and fortunately they had exactly what I needed. The price was great and my sales rep was very nice and helpful.

As usual these guys were very helpful when I recently had battery problems. They checked my battery and advised me on how to diagnose whether it was shot out or if I had a power drain.

They have all I need when I have to give my car a tuneup and the guys are always willing to give me a helping hand finding things. Fast and Great service.
