El Dorado Mexican Grill

Very nice tasty little place. You know it’s a good place when in the evening there is a line of locals. We had a shrimp quesadilla and some burrito, and it was better then in Mexico itself. The refined bean and salsa are incredible. I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food, but it was soo totally worth coming here. Highly recommended!

The chips are wonderful and warm, salsa is just the way I like it. I love their mole sauce. I have had their chicken enchilada, pork shanks and chicken with the mole sauce.
Party of 4 and we all enjoyed our meals.
Finished off the meal with wonderful fried icecream.

The best service and most amazing Mexican restaurant I have been too. The manager/ owner.. Not sure. Came to our table personally asked how everything was and refilled out adult beverages.. Which were AMAZING. The drinks were nice n strong and reasonably priced. Live this place can't wait to go back!!

Best fajitas I've had pretty much ever (cooked with bacon). Chips and salsa are great. They get pretty busy at lunch so sometimes a wait for drinks and the check but not enough to detract from the greatness of the food.

Wonderful little stop. Always eat here when I’m driving through Ault. I’ve never been a bean guy. Beans are gross, even when they’re with other things. But these guys have good beans. Still not great, because they’re beans, but better than the common bean you may encounter.
The rice, however, is another story. It’s glorious! Perfection in culinary art has no greater appearance than the rice these folks cook up! The spices, the texture, the golden-brown deliciousness... none can compare to the rice.

Has a very nice variety of Mexican plate orders. I had the shrimp in garlic sauce and it was very delicious. My husband had the chili rellenos and it was delicious. The service is very attentive and friendly.

Amazing most authentic food and the best service very well managed. Cleanest restaurant I've seen in a while absolutely would come back again and again. Would give 10 stars if I could.

We have been coming here for 2 years now. The carnitas plate is the best ever around and always consistent! Shredded beef burrito great also, get a side of habanero if you like the extra heat.

Since the moment we walked in we had great service. They were nice and made us feel comfortable. The food was delicious, we will definantly be back the next time we're in town.

Great Mexican food! Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean, could use an update but that doesn't matter. Definitely recommend for good food.

I've only gone for breakfast but El Dorado's smothered breakfast burritos are amazing, especially for the price! Their house margaritas are better than the Rio's in Greeley.

Best Mexican food I've had in a while. Fresh salsa and home made tortilla chips and the entrees are excellent.

Great mexican food in NOCO is a rarety. This place hit it out of the park. Coloradians seemed to like chain restaurants. The food is authentic.
