Pancho's Mexican Food

We were on our way to Nipomo California to see our daughter and my wife said she was hungry and found Pancho's Mexican food on her maps app. So we pulled off for the freeway and found our way over there.
The waitress was a little sweetheart she was so nice and they did have diet Coke so we each got one and perused to the menu. We both were in the mood for breakfast so we got the breakfast burrito with ham. So the waitress brought out chips and salsa and our drinks and not long after that the chef brought out our burritos. Talk about good these things were just fantastic potatoes and cheese and eggs and ham it was just great I would definitely recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch they had a really nice menu.

Really good, classic Mexican food. Will definitely be coming back.

Have been back several times since my first visit. Always good. Burritos are my favorite, my wife loves the taquitos. Both of us love the salsas and horchata.

We were very pleased with our experience at Pancho's. They provided generous portions and the food was delicious. We had a combination plate with a cheese enchilada and a bean and cheese burrito with shredded chicken added. The chicken was so juicy! It was all good. We also had the chicken Chipotle plate, and the chicken was flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. We're just visiting the area, so this was a great find!

I had a craving for menudo and I was extremely flavorful and piping hot! 🤩 (sorry I did not take a photo…i was starving😂) My son requested breakfast fries instead of Asada fries so he had a pile of crispy fries, cut up breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs and cheese!! He said it was delicious…he only ate half. The others had chilaquiles, and a chorizo and eggs breakfast burrito. We were all more than completely satisfied and had leftovers. Service was prompt and friendly. Try it!!

We were visiting so we were looking for a Mexican restaurant. This place blew us away. I got a big burrito with shrimp and bell peppers. The veggies were cooked perfectly. The tomatillo sauce was amazing. My brother's Super enchilada had lots of meat and good red sauce. We all left full and happy. Salsas were good. Guacamole was perfect. Our server was awesome. 10/10. Oh and the ladies restroom was cute and super clean!

Very few Mexican restaurant are authentic this is one of the two in SLO that I have food. It's kinda Downtown but by smart and final. Have a Happy Hour on beer every day after 3pm select beers bud, Coors light and another I can't recall. Also the only Mexican restaurant to have a taco Tuesday and Saturday special. On Saturday it starts after 3pm. Have beer Happy Hour after 3 pm every day and other weekly specials. Highly recommend! Grilled chicken regular price but really good!

10/10. Chips are never stale. Asked for green sauce for the Chile relleno instead of red and it was delicious. And love that they hooked it up with the salsa <3

Very good, I know it was taco Tuesday deal but still very good.
Definitely coming back with some friends and family.

We just had a custom Chilli Verde burrito, wet and a combo enchilada, Taco, and Chilli Rellano. Excellent service, atmosphere, and food. Can't go wrong at Panchos for authentic Mexican cuisine.

Our go-to place. The BEST!! Super clean restaurant with great staff and.....their fooooood!!!! OMG! So, so good. Definitely recommend. The salsa is good, but you have to try the red sauce! It is so fresh with just the right amount of hot 👍 Bonus: Pet Friendly patio seating. Honestly can't say enough good things about this place 😋❤

If you are looking for a sit down, eat chips and salsa with your hot plate of gooey enchiladas then this is the place. The breakfast burrito is loaded with egg and fair amount of meat.
The Chile relleno burrito is delicious as the relleno egg batter keeps its fluffy integrity in the burrito.
Taco Tuesday with $1.50 tacos is good.
There are quite a few Mexican restaurants in SLO that are mediocre, but Pancho's is actually great and satisfying. I find their food to be worth spending money and the prices are reasonable and fair.
The service is fast and attentive.

100% some of the best authentic food I've ever had, seriously gonna miss this place. Ate here multiple times on my month working in the area and was never disappointed. GREAT BREAKFAST!

Waitress was amazing! She was very attentive, friendly, and professional. The place was very clean and had a very home like atmosphere. The food was amazing! I ordered a Mexican hot chocolate and was absolutely delicious! My son ordered fajitas and his friend ordered the enchiladas. They are very picky eaters but they both ate everything off the plate. I highly recommend this place! 10 stars!!!

Amazing food! Best tacos I’ve had in a long while. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent service, the young man who was our server was handling the whole restaurant by himself. I think it might be the son of the chef. With only 3 people working there, we got our food quickly without any mistakes on our orders. Completely satisfied with the flavor and freshness of all the entrées.

The Mexican food here is excellent I love it. I can't eat spicy food. The Tacos are great the employees, staff, Owner is very kind. Lovely family oriented, happy atmosphere. I highly recommend this Resteraunt.😊🙏🏼❤🍽

Wow. Just wow! We actually came upon this restaurant when we were returning home. We were looking for a place to enjoy lunch, and we found it.

The food was great! The chips were very good. The salsa was excellent! Tasty and spicy. We had the chicken fajitas. Yummy.

The staff were all very nice.

An excellent experience in dining. Hubby really enjoyed the food, too.
